The project contributes to the objective specifically indicated in SZOOP RPO WM for the years 20142020, which is the increased international activity of Małopolska SMEs.The need for the project is due to the fact that the applicant has not so far exported its products to Switzerland and has not carried out direct product promotion in relation to this market. In addition, it notes insufficient promotional support for activities related to the sale of products of the Applicant to Germany.The solutions adopted in the project are in line with best practice in the industry. The project presents the optimal ratio of outlays to the planned results. The applicant’s economic situation is very good. The applicant has the necessary financial resources, resources and capabilities to complete the project.By planning an export strategy, the Company has identified development barriers that can be eliminated through the implementation of the project.The implementation of the project results in the introduction of an organizational process.Optimisation of the production process and management of the production department.The applicant presented in detail: analysis and identification of target markets for the products covered by the project analysis of weaknesses and strengths, including analysis of competitors’ competition and their offer, as well as analysis of their weaknesses and strengths.     Projekt polega wdrożeniu strategii działalności mnrd., która ma na celu zwiększenie eksportu do Niemiec oraz rozpoczęcie eksportu do Szwajcarii nowy rynek.Wnioskodawca zaplanował uczestnictwo w 2 imprezach targowych ukierunkowanych na rynki Niemiec i Szwajcarii Ambiente Frankurt 2018 i 2019.Zaplanowane w projekcie działania odpowiadają na zdefiniowany problem, którym jest niewystarczające wsparcie promocyjne pod kątem możliwości wprowadzenia produktów Wnioskodawcy do Szwajcarii oraz zwiększenia eksportu do Niemiec.
