Project implementation is the result of Arcom’s development plans that require diversification of the company’s revenue streams as a result of internationalisation. To this end, the applicant intends to expand into target foreign markets as indicated in the Strategy for the Development of International Activities, i.e. Germany, Iran and Mexico. In markets: the German and Mexican demands of the applicant are to step up their activities, whereas the Iranian market will be the new market in which the activity has not yet been carried out. Among the core operational tasks of the export strategy are: Entry to the most promising foreign markets with innovative products, which will be of high quality and relatively low price, to carry out promotional activities of the Arcom brand (especially during trade fairs) and its products, in order to increase the recognition of the firm, to make long-term contracts, to improve communication channels. Implementation of the above objectives will be achieved through the implementation of a strategy for the development of international activities. The export strategy developed for the implementation of Arcom’s expansion plans on selected foreign markets comprises the following elements and will be fully implemented within the scope of this project: The search for contacts with potential contractors in the German, Iranian and Mexican markets as part of the subcontracted search services of the partners in the target markets; The search for potential partners will also be done by taking part in international trade fairs abroad.     Realizacja projektu jest wynikiem planów rozwojowych firmy Arcom, które zakładają konieczność dywersyfikacji źródeł przychodów firmy w wyniku internacjonalizacji działalności. W tym celu Wnioskodawca zakłada ekspansję na docelowe rynki zagraniczne, wskazane w Strategii rozwoju działalności międzynarodowej, tj- Niemcy, Iran i Meksyk. Na rynkach: niemieckim i meksykańskim Wnioskodawca zakłada intensyfikację działalności, natomiast rynek irański będzie nowym rynkiem, na którym nie prowadzono dotychczas działalności. Wśród podstawowych zadań operacyjnych strategii eksportowej wymienić należy: -wejście na najbardziej perspektywiczne rynki zagraniczne z innowacyjnymi produktami, które będą odznaczać się wysoką jakością oraz relatywnie niską ceną, -przeprowadzenie działań promocyjnych marki Arcom (zwłaszcza w trakcie imprez targowo-wystawienniczych) oraz jej produktów w celu zwiększenia rozpoznawalności Firmy, -nawiązywanie długookresowych kontraktów, -udoskonalanie kanałów komunikacji. Realizacja ww. celów będzie możliwa poprzez wdrożenie strategii rozwoju działalności międzynarodowej. Strategia eksportowa opracowana w celu realizacji planów ekspansyjnych firmy Arcom na wybranych rynkach zagranicznych obejmuje następujące elementy i wdrażana będzie w pełnym zakresie w ramach niniejszego projektu: - poszukiwanie kontaktów z potencjalnymi kontrahentami działającymi na rynku niemieckim, irańskim oraz meksykańskim w ramach zleconych usług wyszukiwania partnerów na rynkach docelowych; - poszukiwanie potencjalnych partnerów będzie miało również miejsce poprzez udział w międzynarodowych imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych zlokalizowanych za granicą.
