As part of the project, the following tasks will be carried out: removal of stored asbestos from 12 property 30.6 Mg along with its disposal and removal of asbestos from buildings in 90 households, removal and disposal of 229.5 Mg of asbestos The solutions adopted in the project are, for example, in accordance with best practice in a given field, the solutions used in the project present the optimal quality-to-price ratio.All work related to the removal and disposal of asbestos products, including the right management of asbestos, will be commissioned to the company. It will respect the basic conditions for the removal of asbestos product, i.e.: demolition and reception of waste containing asbestos will be carried out by a company with appropriate powers in this respect, all operations related to loading and transport of asbestos will be carried out in accordance with the current Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy of 2 April 2004 on the methods and conditions for safe use and disposal of products containing asbestos. U. of 2004 No. 71, item. 649 as amended, the receipt of waste containing asbestos from the producer of the waste and its transfer to the landfill shall be confirmed by the waste transfer card, which shall be drawn up in triplicate: one for the landlord, the other for the waste transporter, the third for the waste collector. W ramach projektu wykonane będą zadania: wywiezienie składowanego azbestu z 12 posesji 30,6 Mg wraz z jego utylizacją oraz usunięcie azbestu z budynków w 90 gospodarstwach domowych, wywiezienie wraz z jego utylizacją 229,5 Mg azbestuPrzyjęte w projekcie rozwiązania są np. zgodne z najlepszą praktyką w danej dziedzinie, rozwiązania zastosowane w projekcie przedstawia optymalną relację jakości do ceny.Wszelkie prace związane z usuwaniem i unieszkodliwianiem wyrobów azbestowych zlecone zostaną firmie specjalistycznej, wybranej zgodnie z ustawa ZP, która posiada odpowiednie zezwolenie w zakresie gospodarki odpadami zawierającymi azbest. Przestrzegać będzie podstawowe warunki usunięcia wyrobu azbestowego tj.: rozbiórka oraz odbiór odpadów zawierających azbest prowadzony będzie przez firmę posiadające stosowne uprawnienia w tym zakresie, wszystkie czynności związane z załadunkiem i transportem azbestu przeprowadzone będą zgodnie z obowiązującym rozporządzeniem Ministra Gospodarki, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej z 2 kwietnia 2004 roku w sprawie sposobów i warunków bezpiecznego użytkowania i usuwania wyrobów zawierających azbest Dz. U. z 2004 r. Nr 71, poz. 649 ze zm., odbiór odpadów zawierających azbest od wytwórcy odpadów i ich przekazanie na składowisko potwierdzany będzie kartą przekazania odpadu, którą sporządza się w trzech egzemplarzach: jeden dla przekazującego odpady właściciela, drugi dla transportującego opady, trzeci dla odbierającego odpady składowisko.
