By the Act of 19 June 1997 on the prohibition of the use of products containing asbestos, the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste, the Decree of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy of 2 April 2004 on ways and conditions for safe use and disposal of products containing asbestos.Complementary information regarding the conduct of work covered by the project in accordance with legal requirements is specified in section Q. Projekt dotyczy odbioru, transportu i składowania odpadów zawierających azbest z obszaru gminy .W wyniku realizacji projektu unieszkodliwionych zostanie 450 Mg odpadów. Przedsięwzięcie będzie dotyczyło budynków w których nastąpił demontaż zgodnie z warunkami prawnymi, a także posesji na których zalega gruz azbestowy do tej pory nie odebrany. W ramach projektu gmina, poprzez wyspecjalizowaną firmę będzie dokonywać odbioru, transportu i składowania wyrobów zawierających azbest z posesji mieszkańców gminy.Unieszkodliwienia azbestu będzie prowadzone z godnie z wymaganiami prawnymi w tym zakresie w tym m.in.: Ustawą z dnia 19 czerwca 1997 r. o zakazie stosowania wyrobów zawierających azbest, Ustawa z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach, Rozporządzeniem Ministra Gospodarki, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej z dnia 2 kwietnia 2004 roku w sprawie sposobów i warunków bezpiecznego użytkowania i usuwania wyrobów zawierających azbest.Informacja uzupełniająca w zakresie prowadzenia prac objętych projektem zgodnie z wymaganiami prawnymi została określona w części Q.Projekt odpowiada na zidentyfikowane potrzeby określone w części C.1.Projekt nie otrzymał dofinansowania z innych źródeł.
