Projekt polega na przeprowadzeniu przedsięwzięcia usuwania wyrobów azbestowych eternitu z gospodarstw domowych Gminy Szaflary. Wywiezieniu wraz z utylizacją wyrobów azbestowych z 11 posesji 25,344 Mg azbestu oraz zdemontowanego azbestu z 300 budynków 1260 Mg. Wyroby azbestowe eternit składowany na terenieposesji po wykonanej wymianie pokrycia dachowego. Demontażu pokrycia dachowego zawierającego azbest wraz z utylizacją w 300 budynkach 1260 Mg azbestu.Do wykonania robót zatrudniona zostanie firma posiadająca adekwatne do zakresu zadania certyfikaty wyłoniona w drodze postępowaniaprzetargowego. Przeprowadzeniu akcji promocyjnej oraz edukacyjnej wśród mieszkańców. Koszty opracowania Programu Usuwania Azbestu.Gmina Szaflary przeprowadziła sondaż kosztów związanych z transportem i unieszkodliwianiem azbestu.
