Pilna konieczność pogodzenia bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego w okresie zimowym z ochroną roślinności przed toksycznym działaniem soli drogowej legła u podstaw projektu badawczego ODSALAX rozpoczętego przez Centrum Badawczo - Produkcyjne "ALCOR" w 2016 roku. Celem tego projektu było opracowanie technologii która pozwoliłaby nie tylko zatrzymać migrację szkodliwej soli do gleby ale dodatkowo wycofać jej część z chronionego obszaru i skierować do ponownego użycia w następnym sezonie zimowego utrzymania dróg. analiza światowych baz patentowych wskazywała na brak takich technologii. Innowacyjność i oryginalność rozwiązań zaproponowanych w ramach systemu ODSALAX została potwierdzona w ramach patentu PL 228854 " Sposób ochrony roślin i gleby przed szkodliwym działaniem soli drogowej " przyznanym na rzecz Centrum Badawczo-Produkcyjnego " Alcor " przez Urząd Patentowy RP w roku 2018. Zarządy Zieleni Miejskiej i inne jednostki organizacyjne odpowiedzialne za ochronę roślinności zwróciły się z prośbą o rozszerzenie zakresu ochrony poprzez opracowanie mat ochronnych dla pasów zieleni w ciągach dróg szybkiego ruchu, ze względu na to iż system ODSALAX jest zbyt skomplikowany i drogi do montażu masowego. Tak narodziła się koncepcja nowej innowacyjnej foli ochronnej spełniającej funkcje tac ochronnych systemu ODSALAX. Pierwsze doniesienia o opracowaniu technologii ODSALAX wzbudziły również zainteresowanie poza granicami Polski w tym Danii , Szwecji i USA skąd także napłynęły zapytania o " folię typu ODSALAX ". Wielokrotnie powtarzane słowo " Folia' w tych zapytaniach skłoniło nas do podjęcia we własnym zakresie nowych wstępnych prac przedprojektowych w celu rozważenia realności opracowania Foli spełniającej funkcje tacy ochronnej systemu ODSALAX. ( w załączeniu kserokopia patentu nr 228854) Nowy produkt będzie nie tylko łatwy w montażu i demontażu ale także tani z możliwością wielokrotnego wykorzystania foli. (Polish)

The urgent need to reconcile road safety in winter with protection of vegetation against toxic effects of road salt was at the heart of the ODSALAX research project launched by the Research and Production Centre “Alcor” in 2016. The aim of this project was to develop a technology that would not only stop the migration of harmful salt into the soil but also withdraw part of it from the protected area and redirect it to reuse in the next winter season of road maintenance. The innovativeness and originality of the solutions proposed under the ODSALAX system has been confirmed under the PL 228854 patent “How to protect plants and soil against harmful effects of road salt” granted to the Research and Production Centre “Alcor” by the Polish Patent Office in 2018. The Municipal Green Administrations and other vegetation agencies have requested that the scope of protection be extended by developing protective mats for green belts in high-speed roads, as the ODSALAX system is too complex and roads for mass assembly. This is how the concept of a new innovative protective film was born, fulfilling the functions of protective trays of the ODSALAX system. The first reports about the development of ODSALAX technology also aroused interest outside Poland, including Denmark, Sweden and the USA, where requests for “ODSALAX film” were also received. The repeated word “Foil” in these queries prompted us to undertake in our own way new pre-project work to consider the reality of developing a Foli fulfilling the functions of such a protective ODSALAX system.
