Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa MILOO poprzez zdobycie nowych rynków zbytu. W celu przygotowania firmy na prezentację swojej oferty na nowych rynkach zagranicznych została opracowana strategia działalności międzynarodowej. W sposób pełny przedstawia ona możliwości przedsiębiorstwa oraz jego atuty. Przedsiębiorstwo przygotuje do wdrożenia na nowych rynkach swoich 2 nowych produktów. Dotychczas firma nie prowadziła działań sprzedażowych na rynku austriackim i włoskim a przygotowana strategia zostanie zrealizowana w pełnym zakresie.
