The main objective of the project is to increase InStar’s competitiveness by acquiring new outlets. In order to prepare the company to present its offer on new foreign markets, a strategy of international activity has been developed. It fully describes the company’s capabilities and its strengths. The company will prepare for the implementation of its products in new markets – construction and horticultural tools. So far, the company has not conducted sales activities on the French, Serbian and Spanish markets and the strategy will be implemented to the full extent. In addition, the company will expand the scope of its sales in existing markets. As a result, the following actions are planned: — Development of the strategy of international activity – Developing the concept of the company’s brand/image on selected markets – design of marketing materials – Participation in trade fairs in the UAE, Serbia, Spain and France – as part of this group of tasks, renting exhibition space, technical service of fairs, transport of exhibits and accommodation of employees of the Company during the fairs. During the implementation of the project, the company will present its offer five times at the largest industry events visited by customers from all over the world. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa INSTAR poprzez zdobycie nowych rynków zbytu. W celu przygotowania firmy na prezentację swojej oferty na nowych rynkach zagranicznych została opracowana strategia działalności międzynarodowej. W sposób pełny przedstawia ona możliwości przedsiębiorstwa oraz jego atuty. Przedsiębiorstwo przygotuje do wdrożenia na nowych rynkach swoich produktów – narzędzia budowlane oraz ogrodnicze. Dotychczas firma nie prowadziła działań sprzedażowych na rynku francuskim, serbskim oraz hiszpańskim a przygotowana strategia zostanie zrealizowana w pełnym zakresie. Dodatkowo przedsiębiorstwo rozszerzy zakres swojej Sprzedaży na dotychczasowych rynkach. W wyniku tego zaplanowano przeprowadzenie następujących działań: - Opracowanie Strategii działalności międzynarodowej - Opracowanie koncepcji marki/Wizerunku przedsiębiorstwa na wybranych rynkach - zaprojektowania materiałów marketingowych - Udział w targach branżowych na terenie ZEA, Serbii, Hiszpanii i Francji- w ramach tej grupy zadań przewiduje się wynajem powierzchni wystawowej, obsługę techniczną targów, transport eksponatów oraz zakwaterowanie pracowników Spółki podczas targów. Podczas realizacji projektu przedsiębiorstwo pięciokrotnie zaprezentuje swoją ofertę na największych imprezach branżowych odwiedzanych przez odbiorców z całego świata. Projekt ma neutralny wpływ na realizację zasad horyzontalnych. (Polish)
