The main objective of the project is to fully implement the tasks of expanding the company’s export activities to new foreign markets — Colombia, Malaysia, Vietnam. The additional effect of the project will be to strengthen the position of the company in the markets where the products are already exported (France, Russia, Italy). The project will be implemented along the lines of the requested strategy (planning document). The company will implement the project within 12 months between 1 May 2016 and 30 April 2017. The project envisages the implementation of the following actions: 1. Participation in international fairs as an exhibitor: (Salud Y BELLEZA 2016 in Colombia, COSME Tokyo 2017, COSMOPROF 2017 in Italy) 2. Purchase of services for the identification of potential trading partners, the search for and selection of partners in selected foreign markets, the preparation of cooperation offers and trade negotiations (including their execution), in markets: Vietnamese, Malaysian, Colombian, Russian, and French. In addition, strategies for the financing of the identified target markets will be obtained. The budget of the project is optimal and assumes the best cost/cost ratio. The project has a neutral impact on the implementation of the horizontal principles of the European Union. (English)

    Głównym celem projektu jest pełna realizacja zadań zmierzających do rozszerzenia działalności eksportowej firmy na nowe rynki zagraniczne - Kolumbia, Malezja, Wietnam. Dodatkowym efektem projektu będzie wzmocnienie pozycji firmy na rynkach na których już są eksportowane produkty firmy (Francja, Rosja, Włochy). Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z założeniami zamówionej strategii (dokument planistyczny). Firma zrealizuje projekt w ciągu 12 miesięcy pomiędzy 1 maja2016 a 30 kwietnia 2017. W ramach projektu przewiduje się realizacje następujących działań: 1. Udział w międzynarodowych targach w roli wystawcy: (SALUD Y BELLEZA 2016 w Kolumbii, COSME TOKYO 2017, COSMOPROF 2017 we Włoszech) 2. Zakup usług z zakresu określenia potencjalnych partnerów handlowych, wyszukiwania i doboru partnerów na wybranych rynkach zagranicznych, przygotowania ofert współpracy oraz negocjacji handlowych (także ich przeprowadzenie) - na rynkach: wietnamskim, malezyjskim, kolumbijskim, rosyjskim, francuskim. Dodatkowo pozyskane będą strategie finansowania dt. wskazanych rynków docelowych. Budżet projektu jest optymalny i zakłada najlepsze podejście stosunku nakładów do oczekiwanych kosztów. Projekt ma neutralny wpływ na realizację zasad horyzontalnych Unii Europejskiej. (Polish)
