The subject of this project is the development of the international business of Dubiel Vitrum – a domestic leader in the production and sale of mirrors and a dynamic exporter of glass products. The applicant plans to enter the Italian market with an offer of LED bathroom mirrors and bathroom mirrors without lighting, as well as the introduction of these mirrors on the French market, where it has so far offered only glass products. The company’s intention is also to strengthen itself on the German market, which is the most important export market to date by Dubiel Vitrum. These 3 countries – Germany, France, Italy – have the highest purchasing potential in the EU, and the presence of the Applicant’s products on these markets guarantees the company’s economic success. Within the framework of the project, activities resulting from Dubiel Vitrum’s international business strategy will be developed: 1. Participation in Cersaie trade fairs in Bologna (Italy), 2. Participation in the ISH trade fair in Frankfurt (Germany), 3. Advice related to obtaining certificates required to bring products to the EU market, i.e.: testing the compliance of a new product with the Low Voltage Directive: Low Voltage Directive LVD and Electromagnetic Compatibility EMC Directive required on the EU market (required for CE marking) b) obtain a certificate of conformity with the French standard UTE C15-801: 2012, required on the French market – refers to the new model of mirror with decorative lighting and the basic model of a mirror with LED lighting. The above-mentioned actions are in line with best export practice and represent a key step to overcome the existing barriers to the development of international activity – they will contribute to establishing new business contacts, building a distribution network on new export markets and promoting Dubiel Vitrum brand products among existing and new contractors. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest rozwój działalności międzynarodowej firmy Dubiel Vitrum - krajowego lidera w zakresie produkcji i sprzedaży luster oraz dynamicznego eksportera wyrobów ze szkła. Wnioskodawca planuje wejście na rynek włoski z ofertą luster łazienkowych LED oraz luster łazienkowych bez oświetlenia, a także wprowadzenie tych luster na rynek francuski, na którym do tej pory oferowała jedynie wyroby ze szkła. Zamierzeniem przedsiębiorstwa jest również umocnienie się na rynku niemieckim, który to rynek, jest dotychczas najważniejszym rynkiem eksportowym Dubiel Vitrum. Te 3 kraje - Niemcy, Francja, Włochy - cechują się najwyższym potencjałem nabywczym spośród obszaru państw UE, a obecność produktów Wnioskodawcy na tych rynkach, gwarantuje sukces ekonomiczny spółki. W ramach projektu podjęte zostaną działania wynikające z opracowanej Strategii działalności międzynarodowej firmy Dubiel Vitrum: 1. Udział w targach branżowych CERSAIE w Bolonii (Włochy), 2. Udział w targach branżowych ISH we Frankfurcie (Niemcy), 3. Doradztwo związane pozyskaniem certyfikatów wymaganych do wprowadzenia produktów na rynek UE, tj.: a) badania zgodności nowego produktu z Dyrektywą niskonapięciową: Low Voltage Directive LVD oraz Dyrektywą kompatybilności elektromagnetycznej Electromagnetic Compatibility EMC wymaganymi na rynku UE (niezbędne do oznakowania produktu znakiem CE) b) uzyskanie certyfikatu zgodności z normą francuską UTE C15 -801: 2012, wymaganego na rynku francuskim - dotyczy nowego modelu lustra z oświetleniem dekoracyjnym oraz podstawowego modelu lustra z oświetleniem LED. Ww. działania są zgodne z najlepszą praktyką w dziedzinie eksportu oraz stanowią kluczowy krok w celu zniwelowania dotychczasowych barier w rozwoju aktywności międzynarodowej firmy - przyczynią się do nawiązania nowych kontaktów biznesowych, zbudowania sieci dystrybucji na nowych rynkach eksportowych oraz promowaniu produktów marki Dubiel Vitrum wśród dotychczasowych i nowych kontrahentów.
