The subject of the project is the internationalisation of Inter-Zoo’s activities. The main goal is to attract new customers in new markets and to offer them new innovative products. The project’s objectives will be achieved by the following project activities: • Acquiring new markets such as Scandinavian countries, France, Switzerland, Romania, Ukraine and the introduction of new generation of new generation cages to the offer • Participation in INTERZOO 2016, which focuses on foreign markets and is the largest trade fair in our part of Europe • Study and certification of products in cooperation with the certification body TUV Rheinland, Hamilton, Dekra and Intertek. Obtaining a certificate of product compliance with REACH Regulation • Preparation of a promotional offer by creating the concept of advertising materials: catalogues, leaflets in French, Romanian and preparation of packaging concept • Increased sales revenues due to entry into new markets by 3 % The scope of activities is based on the strategy of the international company prepared by the Applicant and annexed to the application. The international strategy annexed to this grant application shall be implemented to the full extent. The object of this project is all the actions envisaged in the strategy, since, as it follows, only a comprehensive implementation of the Action Plan will give the desired results in terms of the objectives pursued. The international expansion of the Applicant involves entering a new product offer into new foreign markets where the applicant has not been present so far, as described in detail in the attached strategy. The project will have a positive impact on the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the principle of equal opportunities between men and women. In addition, the project has a positive impact on the implementation of sustainable development policy. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest umiędzynarodowienie działalności firmy Inter-Zoo. Głównym celem jest pozyskanie nowych odbiorców na nowych rynkach zbytu oraz zaoferowanie im nowych, innowacyjnych produktów. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte przez poniższe działania projektu: • Pozyskanie nowych rynków zbytu takie jak kraje skandynawskie, Francja, Szwajcaria, Rumunia, Ukraina oraz wprowadzenie do oferty innowacyjnych klatek nowej generacji • Udział w targach INTERZOO 2016, które nakierowane są na rynki zagraniczne i są największymi targami branżowymi w naszej części Europy • Przeprowadzenie badania i certyfikacji produktów współpracując z jednostką certyfikującą TUV Rheinland, Hamilton, Dekra oraz Intertek. Uzyskanie certyfikatu zgodności produktu z rozporządzeniem REACH • Przygotowanie oferty promocyjnej poprzez stworzenie koncepcji materiałów reklamowych: katalogów, ulotek w języku francuskim, rumuńskim oraz przygotowanie koncepcji opakowania • Wzrost przychodów ze sprzedaży w związku z wejściem na nowe rynki o 3% Przedstawiony zakres działań wynika ze strategii działalności międzynarodowej przedsiębiorstwa przygotowanej przez Wnioskodawcę i stanowiącej zał.ącznik do wniosku. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu są wszystkie działania przewidziane w strategii, ponieważ jak to z niej wynika tylko kompleksowa realizacji planu działań da pożądane efekty w postaci zrealizowanych celów. Ekspansja międzynarodowa Wnioskodawcy wiąże się z wejściem z nową ofertą produktową na nowe rynki zagraniczne, na których Wnioskodawca dotychczas nie był obecny, co szczegółowo zostało opisane w załączonej strategii. Projekt będzie miał pozytywny wpływ na realizację zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji oraz zasady równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn. Dodatkowo projekt ma pozytywny wpływ na realizację polityki zrównoważonego rozwoju. (Polish)
