Farmona cooperated with an external contractor who prepared a strategy for international activity. The planned scope of actions in the project is based on the Strategy, which will be implemented to the full extent. In order to develop international activities, FARMONA has identified the following target markets: Armenia, the Netherlands, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. One effective export development tool was indicated for the applicant: Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions focused on foreign markets. The company will take part in trade fairs on foreign markets and on the Polish market of international character. The project presents the optimal ratio of outlays to the planned results, the Company will obtain: 90 new business contacts, 5 signed commercial contracts, revenue from the sale of products for export: PLN 989750,00 as a result of the project. International expansion consists of entering new foreign markets with product offer: the Armenian market and the Thailand market; concerns the introduction to the foreign market of new products which have not yet been exported; it results in the introduction of an organizational and procedural change in the area of organisation of workplaces within the Export Department. The implementation of the project will allow to meet the needs of the company and to remove barriers to the development of exports. The project has an impact on the implementation of horizontal rules: it complies with the principle of equal opportunities between men and women, with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and with the principle of sustainable development. Projekt firmy polega na opracowaniu i wdrożeniu Strategii działalności międzynarodowej przedsiębiorstwa. FARMONA podjęła współpracę z zewnętrznym wykonawcą, który przygotował Strategię działalności międzynarodowej. Planowany zakres działań w projekcie wynika ze Strategii, która będzie wdrażana w pełnym zakresie. Przewiduje się realizację projektu w terminie: 05.04.2016 – 04.04.2017. W celu rozwoju działalności międzynarodowej FARMONA wskazano następujące rynki docelowe: Armenia, Holandia, Tajlandia, Turcja, Wielka Brytania oraz Zjednoczone Emiraty Arabskie. Wskazano dla Wnioskodawcy jedno skuteczne narzędzie rozwoju eksportu: Udział w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych zorientowanych na rynki zagraniczne. Firma weźmie udział w targach na rynkach zagranicznych oraz na rynku polskim o charakterze międzynarodowym. Projekt przedstawia optymalną relację nakładów do planowanych do uzyskania rezultatów, Przedsiębiorstwo uzyska: 90 nowych kontaktów biznesowych, 5 podpisanych kontraktów handlowych, przychody ze sprzedaży produktów na eksport: 989750,00 PLN w wyniku realizacji projektu.
