The project consists of the creation of the Municipal Entrepreneurship Incubator in Trzciana. The project’s applicant and executioner is the Municipality of Trzciana Pot. Bocheński, Krakow Metropolitan Area. The application is submitted to the type of project A. Promotion of entrepreneurial attitudes. The project will implement activities related to the promotion of entrepreneurship and the creation of entrepreneurial attitudes and capacity building of IOB in accordance with the rules of the competition. The Municipal Entrepreneurship Incubator will be created on the applicant’s parcel no. 9022 located in the town of Trzciana. On this plot there is a building of the former agricultural ring, which the municipality of Trzciana plans to adopt for the needs of the created business incubator. This building has an area of 216,25 m². Its adaptation will be carried out as part of the project and will include: The adaptation will also include local LAN, CCTV monitoring, photovoltaic installation. Heating and cooling of the building will be provided with a heat pump. The installation of hot water will be powered by photovoltaic panels. The incubator will be equipped with furniture tables, desks, stools, armchairs, corner, sofas, benches, pots and electronic equipment computer sets, projector and screen, large monitor, photocopying machine. The following service directory will be provided in the created incubator: I. Services supporting the development of incubated SMEs:1. Specialist consulting, including:a business consulting b business model analysis by the methodology A. Osterwalder c advisory mentors d consulting in the field of design thinking 2. Training, 3. Individual Coaching Sessions 4. Acceleration services in the form of networking meetings. II. Making the infrastructure of the incubator available to entrepreneurs in the form of a conference office back office and working space. III. Projekt polega na utworzeniu Gminnego Inkubatora Przedsiębiorczości w miejscowości Trzciana. Wnioskodawcą i realizatorem projektu jest Gmina Trzciana pow. bocheński, Krakowski Obszar Metropolitalny. Wniosek składany jest do typu projektu A. Promocja postaw przedsiębiorczych. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną działania dotyczące promocji przedsiębiorczości i kreowania postaw przedsiębiorczych oraz budowania potencjału IOB zgodnie z regulaminem konkursu. Gminny Inkubator Przedsiębiorczości zostanie utworzony na należącej do wnioskodawcy działce nr 9022 położonej w miejscowości Trzciana. Na działce tej zlokalizowany jest budynek dawnego kółka rolniczego, który gmina Trzciana planuje zaadoptować na potrzeby tworzonego inkubatora przedsiębiorczości. Przedmiotowy budynek ma powierzchnię 216,25 m2. Jego adaptacja zostanie wykonana w ramach projektu i obejmie: W ramach adaptacji wykonana zostanie także sieć lokalna LAN, monitoring CCTV, instalacja fotowoltaiczna. Ogrzewanie i chłodzenie budynku zapewnione będzie za pomocą pompy ciepła. Instalacja ciepłej wody zasilana będzie przy pomocy paneli fotowoltaicznych. Inkubator zostanie wyposażony w meble stoły, biurka, stołki, fotele, narożnik, sofy, ławy, donice oraz w sprzęt elektroniczny zestawy komputerowe, projektor i ekran, duży monitor, Kserokopiarkę. W utworzonym inkubatorze świadczony będzie następujący katalog usług: I. Usługi wspierające rozwój inkubowanych MŚP:1. Doradztwo specjalistyczne, w tym:a doradztwo biznesowe b analizy modelu biznesowego firmy wg metodologii A. Osterwaldera c doradztwo mentorów d doradztwo w zakresie design thinking 2. Szkolenia, 3. Indywidualne sesje coachingowe 4. Usługi akceleracyjne w postaci spotkań sieciująco mentoringowych. II. Udostępnianie przedsiębiorcom infrastruktury inkubatora w postaci zaplecza biurowo konferencyjnego oraz miejsca do co workingu. III.
