The aim of the project is to make the cultural resources collected by MIM digitally available. In the project, inventory and previously selected objects will be digitised, and then made available using modern solutions, compatible with the expectations of the contemporary recipient and user. The project fully responds to the diagnosis. the needs and problems are also in line with the applicable standards and regulations for such projects.The project is of a regional character, which results from the Museum’s activity profile and its scope of impact on the whole region of all subregions. This institution is the only museum of science and technology unique in the region to collect monuments of particular importance for the heritage of science and technology, including illustrating the engineering development of Kraków, the development of office techniques, home appliances, sound and image reproducing techniques, vehicles and other objects documenting the development of public transport and the Polish automotive industry, monuments of Kraków’s industry and crafts, devices with technical sciences. In addition, MIM is located in the heart of Krakow in Kazimierz, which is part of the Historical Old Town included on the UNESCO Heritage List and one of the most visited parts of Krakow and Małopolska.In addition, MIM has established a cooperation with the Malopolska Institute of Culture, a regional cultural institution coordinating the portal Virtual Museums of Małopolska, where you can admire almost 1000 digitised exhibits from 39 Małopolska museums. The project’s digitised MIM resources will also be made available on this portal, which will significantly increase the scope of the project’s impact on the whole of Małopolska and even Poland.The project will carry out tasks n.:1 Digitisation of resources together with the necessary preparatory work2 Purchase of IT hardware and software3 Digital resource sharing4 Indirect costs.Cd. description in part.     Przedmiotem projektu jest cyfrowe udostępnienie zasobów kultury gromadzonych przez MIM. W projekcie zinwentaryzowane i wybrane wcześniej obiekty zostaną zdigitalizowane, a następnie udostępnione za pomocą nowoczesnych rozwiązanych informat., zgodnych z oczekiwaniami współczesnego odbiorcy i użytkownika. Projekt w pełni odpowiada na zdiagnoz. potrzeby i problemy, jest także zgodny z obowiązującymi standardami i regulacjami prawnymi dla tego typu projektów.Projekt ma charakter regionalny, co wynika z profilu działalności Muzeum oraz jego zasięgu oddziaływania na cały region wszystkie subregiony. Instytucja ta jest jedynym, unikatowym w skali regionu muzeum nauki i techniki gromadz. zabytki o szczególnym znaczeniu dla dziedzictwa nauki i techniki, w tym ilustrujące inżynieryjny rozwój Krakowa, rozwój technik biurowych, sprzętu gosp. domowego, technik odtwarzania dźwięku i obrazu, pojazdy i inne obiekty dokumentujące rozwój komunikacji zbiorowej i polskiej motoryzacji, zabytki krakowskiego przemysłu i rzemiosła, urządzenia zw. z naukami technicznymi. Ponadto siedziba MIM mieści się w sercu Krakowa na Kazimierzu, który jest częścią Historycznego Starego Miasta wpisanego na listę dziedzictwa UNESCO i jedną z najliczniej odwiedzanych przez turystów części Krakowa i Małopolski.Dodatkowo MIM nawiązał współpracę z Małopolskim Instytutem Kultury regionalną instytucją kultury koordynującą portal Wirtualne Muzea Małopolski, na którym można podziwiać już blisko 1000 zdigitalizowanych eksponatów z 39 małopolskich muzeów.
