The subject of the project: “Development of the prototype of an innovative energy-efficient lighting matrix for Interform” is the execution of R & D works consisting of developing and producing a prototype of an innovative matrix based on light-emitting diodes, mounted inside large-surface light advertising/lighted advertising coffers. As a result of the project, a significantly improved product will be developed, which will ultimately be implemented into the activities of the Applicant and placed on the market. The project consists of developing the design of an LED module giving the possibility of connections in various configurations – shapes. The modules will have a construction allowing easy use in bilateral advertising. Sets of modules equipped with dedicated dispersing lenses developed for them will be used in realisations requiring even illumination of advertising in deep spaces. It’s 40-50 mm. The innovative system of combining backlight modules will enable and facilitate the use of lighting in different shapes and forms. Scattering lenses developed during research will reduce the density of required light sources (LEDs), which will result in significant energy savings. The innovations introduced will also result in saving the working time needed for lighting. The need for the project results from the market’s demand for innovative lighting products, which on the one hand will simplify and speed up the process of installation of backlight, and on the other hand will reduce the consumption of electricity compared to current solutions.     Przedmiotem projektu pt. " Opracowanie prototypu innowacyjnej energooszczędnej matrycy oświetleniowej dla firmy Interform" jest wykonanie prac B+R polegających na opracowaniu i wytworzeniu prototypu innowacyjnej matrycy opartej o diody elektroluminescencyjne, montowanej wewnątrz wielkopowierzchniowych reklam świetlnych/ podświetlanych kasetonach reklamowych. W wyniku projektu zostanie opracowany znacząco ulepszony produkt, który docelowo zostanie wdrożony do działalności Wnioskodawcy i wprowadzony do obrotu gospodarczego. Projekt polega na opracowaniu konstrukcji modułu LED dającego możliwość połączeń w różnych konfiguracjach – kształtach. Moduły będą posiadać konstrukcję umożliwiającą łatwe zastosowanie w reklamach dwustronnych. Zestawy modułów wyposażonych w opracowane dla nich dedykowane soczewki rozpraszające będą mieć zastosowanie w realizacjach wymagających równomiernego podświetlenia lica reklamy w przestrzeniach o gł. 40 – 50 mm. Nowatorski system łączenia modułów podświetlających umożliwi oraz ułatwi zastosowanie oświetlenia w różnych kształtach oraz formach. Opracowane podczas prac badawczych soczewki rozpraszające pozwolą na ograniczenie gęstości koniecznych źródeł światła (LED), co przyniesie znaczące oszczędności zużytej energii. Wprowadzone innowacje dadzą również w efekcie oszczędności czasu pracy potrzebnego do wykonywania oświetlenia. Konieczność realizacji projektu wynika z zapotrzebowania rynku na innowacyjne produkty oświetleniowe, które z jednej strony pozwolą na uproszczenie i przyspieszenie procesu montażu podświetlenia, a z drugiej pozwolą na redukcję zużycia energii elektrycznej w stosunku do aktualnie stosowanych rozwiązań.
