The subject of the project is the replacement of 165 boilers for solid fuels for new boilers for solid fuels. The installed new heat sources will be characterised by the minimum level of energy efficiency and emission standards laid down in the implementing measures of Directive 2009125EC of 21.10.2009, applicable from the end of 2020. In addition to the heat exchange tasks, tasks aimed at raising environmental awareness in particular in terms of saving natural resources, reducing low emissions and improving energy efficiency are also planned. As part of the educational activities, meetings with residents, ecological picnics and eco-friendly workshops for children are planned.The project will reduce CO2 by 30.15, PM10 by 95.83 and PM2.5 by 90.59.Before the project: CO2: 2392,301 tonnes of CO2 equivalent year; PM10: 8,741 Mgro; PM2,5: 3,680 MgrokAfter the implementation of the project: CO2: 1670,932 tonnes of CO2 equivalent year; PM10: 0,363 Mgro; PM2,5: 0.345 MgrokThe project will be implemented on the territory of the commune qualified for areas where corrective action is necessary to remove old low-efficiency heating equipment in the current Air Protection Programme for Małopolska Voivodship. This project was indicated in the Low-Emission Economy Plan for the Municipality of Kęty, which is an annex to the Resolution No XVII1372016 of the Municipal Council in Kętach dated 29.01.2016. Annex 2 to PGN. Przedmiotem projektu jest wymiana 165 kotłów na paliwa stałe na nowe kotły na paliwa stałe. Zamontowane nowe źródła ciepła będą się charakteryzować obowiązującym od końca 2020r. minimalnym poziomem efektywności energetycznej i normami emisji zanieczyszczeń, które zostały określone w środkach wykonawczych do dyrektywy 2009125WE z dnia 21.10.2009r. Oprócz zadań związanych z wymianą źródeł ciepła zaplanowano również realizację zadań mających na celu podniesienie świadomości ekologicznej w szczególności w zakresie oszczędności zasobów naturalnych, obniżenia niskiej emisji oraz poprawy efektywności energetycznej. W ramach działań edukacyjnych zaplanowano spotkania z mieszkańcami, piknik ekologiczny oraz warsztaty ekologiczne dla dzieci.Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do redukcji CO2 o 30,15, PM10 o 95,83 oraz PM2,5 o 90,59.Przed realizacją projektu: CO2: 2392,301 ton równoważnika CO2 rok; PM10: 8,741 Mgrok; PM2,5: 3,680 MgrokPo realizacji projektu: CO2: 1670,932 ton równoważnika CO2 rok; PM10: 0,363 Mgrok; PM2,5: 0,345 MgrokProjekt będzie realizowany na terenie gminy zakwalifikowanej do obszarów, na których konieczne jest podjęcie działań naprawczych polegających na likwidacji starych niskosprawnych urządzeń grzewczych w obowiązującym Programie Ochrony Powietrza dla województwa małopolskiego. Przedmiotowy projekt został wskazany w Planie Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Kęty, który stanowi załącznik do Uchwały Nr XVII1372016 Rady Miejskiej w Kętach z dnia 29.01.2016r. załącznik nr 2 do PGN. W PGN wskazano, iż przekroczone zostały roczne stężenia PM10 i PM2,5 w 2013r., zaś głównym źródłem emisji niskiej są kotłownie lokalne m.in. na terenach mieszkaniowych, w większości opalane węglem kamiennym. Działania przewidziane w projekcie wymiana starych kotłów wykorzystujących paliwo stałe na nowoczesne kotły na paliwa stałe są spójne z działaniami naprawczymi określonymi w PGN punkt 9.4., KET07.
