Projekt dotyczy wymiany niskosprawnych kotłów węglowych na urządzenia wykorzystujące biomasę i gaz, z ew. wykonaniem prac w ramach instalacji wewnętrznej. Integralną jego częścią są działania na rzecz podniesienia świadomości ekologicznej.
