Przedmiotem projektu jest wymiana 50 szt. kotłów opalanych węglem, służących indywidualnym gospodarstwom domowym z terenu Gminy Tymbark do wytwarzania ciepła dla potrzeb grzewczych oraz przygotowania c.w.u. W miejsce starych kotłów zaplanowano montaż kotłów gazowych: 46 szt. oraz opalanych biomasą: 4 szt. Ich liczba oraz rodzaj wynikają z zapotrzebowania zgłoszonego przez mieszkańców.Specyfika projektu w działaniu 4.4.2 typ A decyduje o tym, iż parametry kotłów takie jak moc, sprawność itd. zostaną dobrane po przeprowadzeniu audytów energetycznych, odpowiednio do zapotrzebowania danego budynku wynikającego z: poziomu docieplenia, powierzchni, liczby użytkowników oraz dotychczasowego zużycia paliwa. Audyty zostaną przeprowadzone przez wskazanych przez IZ audytorów, a wszystkie urządzenia spełniać będą wymogi ekoprojektu, a po ich instalacji spełnione zostaną wymogi co do poziomu zużycia Ep przez dany budynek. W związku z planowaną wymianą kotłów zajdzie konieczność wymiany części wewn. instalacji cieplnych w budynkach. Po sporządzeniu audytów zostaną określone szczegółowe warunki techn. i wskazane budynki, w których będzie wymieniana instalacja.Kalkulację kosztów wymiany źródła ciepła oraz instalacji wewn. sporządzono zgodnie z zasadami dofinansowania: 1 dla kotłów 350złkW mocy, maks. do mocy wyznaczonej w audycie i nie więcej niż 8 tys. złkocioł, tu: śr. ok. 22,7kWkocioł i cena 8000 zł kocioł; 2 dla instalacji przyjęto cenę średnio 5312,35 złkocioł, przy założeniu, że instalacje będą wykonane we wszystkich budynkach.Ponadto projekt przewiduje realizację działań na rzecz podniesienia świadomości ekologicznej mieszkańców. W ramach przysługującego limitu kosztów pośrednich zaplanowano promocję projektu, a także koszty zarządzania i usługi w zakresie obsługi techn. Koszty przygotowawcze objęły przygotowanie analizy ekonomiczno finansowej.W ramach montażu finansowego wkład własny pochodzić będzie z budżetu Wnioskodawcy. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the replacement of 50 coal-fired boilers used for individual households from the municipality of Tymbark to produce heat for heating purposes and to prepare hot water boilers. In place of old boilers, the installation of gas boilers is planned: 46 biomass-fired units: 4 pcs The project specification in action 4.4.2 Type A determines that boiler parameters such as power, efficiency, etc. will be selected after energy audits, according to the needs of a given building resulting from: warming level, surface area, number of users and fuel consumption so far. Audits will be carried out by the auditors designated by the IZ, and all equipment will comply with ecodesign requirements, and after their installation the requirements regarding the level of Ep consumption of the building will be met. Due to the planned replacement of the boilers, it will be necessary to replace the internal parts of the thermal installation in buildings. After the audits will be prepared, detailed technical conditions will be specified and the buildings in which the installation will be replaced will be specified.The calculation of the costs of heat exchange and internal installations was prepared in accordance with the principles of co-financing: 1 for boilers 350ZŁW power, max. to the power determined in the audit and not more than 8 thousand PLN boilers, here: Wed’s ok. 22,7kCipper and price of 8000 PLN boiler; 2 for the installation, on average, the price of PLN5312.35 boilers was accepted, assuming that the installations will be made in all buildings.In addition, the project envisages the implementation of activities aimed at raising the environmental awareness of residents. Within the limits of indirect costs, project promotion as well as management costs and techn services are planned. Preparatory costs included preparation of an economic and financial analysis.As part of the financial assembly, the own contribution will come from the Applicant’s budget. (English)
