The subject of the project will be the purchase and implementation of a modern IT system such as B2B, B2E and B2C, which will optimise and automate the most important business processes implemented in the company: marketing and sales, service provision and material management, law, accounting, finance and human resources. As a result of the implementation of the system, the applicant’s needs to optimise the time to collect and analyse work results will be met. The implementation of the project will enable both operational and strategic decisions (short and long-term) to be taken on the basis of more reliable data and in the short term. The system will have a modular construction, designed for each department of the company, specifying the number of workstations needed. Each part of the system will support the functioning of certain business areas, including: customer relations, HR management, accounting, sales, warehouse management, production (understood according to the company’s profile as a process of providing service services). Thus, the planned system will be technology for innovative solutions to support current business activity (B2E, B2B and B2C). The planned solution will therefore affect the quality of customer service, contractors and daily work of all users using the system. Przedmiotem projektu będzie zakup i wdrożenie nowoczesnego systemu informatycznego typu B2B, B2E i B2C, który pozwoli zoptymalizować i zautomatyzować najważniejsze procesy biznesowe realizowane w firmie: marketing i sprzedaż, proces świadczenia usług i gospodarkę materiałową, prawo, księgowość i finanse oraz zasoby ludzkie. Planowany projekt jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane potrzeby Wnioskodawcy w zakresie usprawnienia, automatyzacji i modernizacji najważniejszych procesów i działań, które będą realizowane w firmie. W wyniku wdrożenia systemu zostaną zaspokojone potrzeby Wnioskodawcy w zakresie optymalizacji czasu na zbieranie oraz analizowanie wyników pracy. Realizacja projektu umożliwi podejmowanie decyzji zarówno operacyjnych jak i strategicznych (krótko i długoterminowych) na podstawie pewniejszych danych i w krótkim czasie. System będzie mieć budowę modułową, przeznaczoną dla każdego działu firmy, określającą liczbę potrzebnych stanowisk pracy. Każda z części systemu wspomagać będzie funkcjonowanie określonych obszarów biznesowych m.in.: relację z klientami, zarządzanie kadrami, księgowość, sprzedaż, gospodarkę magazynową, produkcję (rozumianą zgodnie z profilem firmy jako proces świadczenia usług serwisowych). Tym samym planowany do wdrożenia system będzie to technologia z zakresu innowacyjnych rozwiązań wspomagających bieżącą działalność w przedsiębiorstwie (B2E, B2B i B2C). Planowane do wdrożenia rozwiązania tym samym wpłyną na jakość obsługi klientów, kontrahentów i codzienną pracę wszystkich użytkowników korzystających z systemu.
