The subject of the project is the implementation of modern ICT in the company Dreamland Grzegorz Tarka. It is planned to purchase an integrated ERP system with flexible modular design, which will allow for automation and IT of accounting, financial, human resources management, service sales and management aspects (BI). The second aspect of the project will be the implementation of an integrated extranet platform designed to communicate the company’s internal structures with external entities. The platform will improve the exchange of information between the company and customers, allow for their remote handling and improve teaching processes within the facility. It will consist of two functional modules. The first will be used to communicate with customers in formal and administrative matters, while the second will allow the flow of information on the educational aspects of the facility.The system will be placed in the cloud computing and made available on the SaaS platform. The whole will be integrated so that open standards for the exchange of information (API) can be ensured. The system will be able to use the web browser or mobile application level. The entire system will ensure the security of the processing of personal data in accordance with the principles of data processing indicated in the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data as well as the Parl Regulation. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie nowoczesnych TIK w przedsiębiorstwie Kraina marzeń Grzegorz Tarka. Zaplanowano zakup zintegrowanego systemu ERP o elastycznej budowie modułowej, co pozwali na automatyzację i informatyzację procesów księgowych, finansowych, zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, sprzedaży usług oraz aspektami zarządczymi (BI). Drugim aspektem realizacji projektu będzie wdrożenie zintegrowanej platformy typu extranet przeznaczonej do komunikacji wewnętrznych struktur firmy z podmiotami zewnętrznymi. Platforma usprawni wymianę informacji między przedsiębiorstwem a klientami, pozwoli na ich zdalna obsługę a także usprawni procesy dydaktyczne wewnątrz placówki. Składać się będzie z dwóch funkcjonalnych modułów. Pierwszy służyć będzie do komunikacji z klientami w sprawach formalno-administracyjnych, drugi natomiast umożliwi przepływ informacji dotyczący aspektów dydaktycznych prowadzonych w placówce.System zostanie umieszczone w chmurze obliczeniowej i udostępniony na platformie SaaS. Całość będzie zintegrowana tak aby było możliwe zapewnienie otwartych standardów wymiany informacji (API). Z systemu będzie można korzystać z poziomu przeglądarki internetowej bądź aplikacji mobilnej. Cały system będzie zapewniać bezpieczeństwo przetwarzania danych osobowych zgodnie z zasadami przetwarzania danych wskazanych w Ustawie z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. o ochronie danych osobowych a także rozporządzeniem Parl. Europ. 2016/679 z dnia 27.04.2016 r . Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wdrożenia innowacji procesowej wewnątrz przedsiębiorstwa. Spowoduje to usprawnienie komunikacji w firmie, uproszczenie procedur, a przez to oszczędność czasu i środków finansowych. System ten wpłynie także na wzrost jakości obsługi klientów, a także poprawę komunikacji pomiędzy wszystkimi interesariuszami. Będzie to miało przełożenie na konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstwa na rynku regionalnym oraz umocni jego pozycji wśród przedsiębiorstw o tożsamym przedmiocie działalności. (Polish)
