The aim of the project is to increase the employability of no less than 203 people aged 30 years and more who are unemployed in the NovoJune County.This objective will be achieved through the implementation of the following actions:Help in defining their own professional path and activation through the services of a professional advisor or an intermediary, Upgrading professional qualifications through the organisation of training, Acquiring or updating or updating professional experience through the organisation of traineeships, Supporting the creation of new jobs through: the main result of the project will be to take up employment by the participants of the project at the level of:and for persons over the year 50, for low-skilled persons, for the long-term unemployed, for persons with disabilities, for women at the level of at least 45,b for men who are not eligible for any of the above groups at the level of at least 60. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUPs will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (English) | |||||||||||||||

POWIAT NOWOSĄDECKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY DLA POWIATU NOWOSĄDECKIEGO

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia nie mniej niż 203 osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie nowosądeckim.Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań:Pomoc w określeniu własnej ścieżki zawodowej oraz aktywizacji zawodowej poprzez usługi doradcy zawodowego lub pośrednika pracy,Podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych poprzez organizację szkoleń,Zdobycie lub zwiększenie lub uaktualnienie doświadczenia zawodowego poprzez organizację staży,Wspomaganie tworzenia nowych miejsc pracy poprzez: refundację kosztów prac interwencyjnych, doposażenia lub wyposażenia stanowiska pracyPrzyznanie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie:a dla osób powyżej 50 r.ż., dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, dla kobiet na poziomie co najmniej 45,b dla mężczyzn nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych grup na poziomie co najmniej 60.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby bezrobotne zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy dla Powiatu Nowosądeckiego w wieku 30 lat i więcej zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I tzw. bezrobotni aktywni lub profilu pomocy II tzw. wymagający wsparcia. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Polish)
