| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over in the District of Brest. The main output of the project will be the recruitment of project participants at the level of: a minimum of 45 for those aged 50 and over, the low-skilled, the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, women, and at least 60 for men aged 30 49, who are not part of the above groups whose situation on the labour market is the most difficult to find in. the project will cover persons aged 30 years and over in PUP district employment offices belonging to one or more of the following groups: persons aged 50 and over, the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, the low-skilled, women and the unemployed men aged 3049 who are not part of the above groups whose situation in the labour market is the most disadvantaged, provided that this target group cannot represent more than 20 of the total of the unemployed supported by the project. The project shall account for elements of the individual diagnosis of the needs of the unemployed and shall have a comprehensive character and maximise the efficiency of the support. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie brzeskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: a co najmniej 45 dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, kobiet,b co najmniej 60 dla mężczyzn w wieku 30 49 lat, nie należący do ww. grup, których sytuacja na rynku pracy jest najtrudniejsza.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowane w powiatowych urzędach pracy PUP, należące do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety oraz bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 3049 nie należący do ww. grup, których sytuacja na rynku pracy jest najtrudniejsza, przy założeniu, że ta grupa docelowa nie może stanowić więcej niż 20 ogółu bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w projekcie. Realizowany projekt ujmuje elementy indywidualnej diagnozy potrzeb osób bezrobotnych oraz charakteryzuje się kompleksowością, i jak największą skutecznością wsparcia. (Polish)
