| Property / summary: The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 years and over in wancowice district. The main output of the project will be the recruitment of project participants at the level of: 1) people over 50. — at least 35 %, 2) the low skilled — at least 40 %, 3) long-term unemployed — at least 35 %, 4) people with disabilities — at least 20 %, 5) women with disabilities of at least 40 % are at least. The project will support persons aged 30 years and up to the aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or the support profile II (so-called “requiring support”). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English) / rank | |||

Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wadowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: 1) osoby powyżej 50 r.ż. – co najmniej 35%, 2) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach – co najmniej 40%, 3) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne – co najmniej 35%, 4) osoby z niepełnosprawnościami – co najmniej 20%, 5) kobiety, które nie zostały zakwalifikowane do żadnej z w/w grup priorytetowych – co najmniej 40%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profil pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
