The object of the project is to create a interchange centre, connecting communication systems: railway, car, bus and bicycle in the city of Biecz. The infrastructure will be built on a railway line running between the towns of Gorlice and Jaslo. Its central point will be the railway station building in Biecz, which will undergo reconstruction. Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie centrum przesiadkowego, spajającego systemy komunikacyjne: kolejowy, samochodowy, autobusowy i rowerowy w mieście Biecz. Infrastruktura powstanie przy linii kolejowej biegnącej między miastami Gorlice i Jasło. Jej centralnym punktem będzie budynek dworca kolejowego w Bieczu, który poddany zostanie przebudowie. Nowo powstała infrastruktura umożliwi mieszkańcom i turystom dotarcie do dworca własnym samochodem lub rowerem, pozostawienie go w bezpiecznym miejscu nieodpłatnie i zmianę indywidualnego środka transportu na transport zbiorowy.Zadania w projekcie:1. Przebudowa dworca kolejowego w Bieczu i jego otoczenia roboty budowlane: przebudowa i rozbudowa budynku dworca PKP, wraz z przyłączeniem dobudowanych sanitariatów do sieci sanitarnej instalacja zewnętrzna przebudowa istniejącego budynku szaletów z przeznaczeniem na podręczny skład rowerów dla grup zorganizowanych budowa parkingu dla samochodów na 42 miejsca budowa punktu postojowego dla rowerów na 12 miejsc 2x6 budowa wiat przystankowych 2 szt. budowa zajezdni autobus. na 4 autobusy budowa węzła przesiadkowego dla rowerów budowa stanowiska informacyjnego dla os. niepełnosprawnych 1 szt. budowa przyłączy:kanalizacji deszczowej i kabla zalicznikowegosieci ciepłowniczejwody kanalizacji sanitarnej, sieci oświetleniowej 2.
