The road No. 2145K was indicated for funding due to inadequate technical condition and because it is the only and direct access to the SAG in the town of Bear. The subject of the project is a comprehensive reconstruction of the road no. 2145K on the section from km 3430 to km 8355, from the crossroads with national road No. 7 in Zabor to the intersection with road 2161K in the town of Bear. In total, the section will be reconstructed for a debt of approx. 4925 m.Actions undertaken by the project will include: reconstruction of the existing surface on the section approx. 3512 mb, with respect to the existing width of the road; recreation of the 1.0 m wide side on a stretch of approx. 3512 mb; local reconstruction of the pavement with the reconstruction of the sideways on the section of 1413 mb; dehydration of the road for a debt.2400 mb on both sides; execution of a transitional section of the pavement to crossroads from DK No. 7 approx. 686 m²; reconstruction of exits with culverts of 78 pieces; production of sections completed under exits, parking lots and stop platforms approx. 9 pcs; construction of station platforms 6 pieces; reconstruction of the existing car park with an area of approx. 454 m² construction of a parking bay for longitudinal parking approx. 272 m². As part of the project’s implementation, the existing surface will be demolished and replaced by a new one, using stripped material to the extent possible. In particular, the PFU design solutions identified: the use of the existing structure of concrete slabs as a substructure of a new road; the asphalt demolition of roadsides. Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa przebudowa drogi pow. nr 2145K na odcinku od km 3430 do km 8355, od skrzyżow. z drogą krajową nr 7 w m. Zaborze do skrzyżowania z drogą 2161K w m.Niedźwiedź. Łącznie przebudowie zostanie poddany odcinek o dług. ok. 4925 mb.Działania podejmowane projekcie obejmą: przebudowę istniejącej nawierz. na odcinku ok. 3512 mb, z zachowaniem istniejącej szerokości jezdni; odtworzenie poboczy o szerokości 1,0 m na odcinku ok. 3512 mb; odbudowa lokalna nawierzchni wraz z odtworzeniem poboczy na odcinku 1413 mb; wykonanie odwodnienia drogi na dług.2400 mb po obu stronach; wykonanie odcinka przejściowego nawierzchni do skrzyżow. z DK nr 7 ok. 686 m2; przebudowa zjazdów wraz z przepustami 78 szt.; wykonanie odcinków zarurowanych pod zjazdami, parkingami i peronami przystankowymi ok. 9 szt.; wykonanie peronów przystankowych 6 szt.; przebudowa istniejącego parkingu o powierzchni ok.454 m2 budowa zatoki postojowej do parkowania wzdłużnego ok. 272 m2.
