Przedmiotem projektu są prace modernizacyjne i adaptacyjne w obrębie Zakładu Opiekuńczo-Leczniczego w Samodzielnym Publicznym Zespole Opieki Zdrowotnej w Głubczycach, mające na celu dostosowanie użytkowanej infrastruktury do potrzeb osób z ograniczonym sprawności ruchową (w tym wymiana umywalek i baterii na bezdotykowe, wymiana drzwi na szersze, dostosowanie klatek schodowych do potrzeb niepełnosprawnych), oraz jego doposażenie w niezbędny sprzęt medyczny i rehabilitacyjny.
