As part of the project, it is planned to buy a 16-row computer tomograph, including a two-monitor operator console, phantom medical console for basic tests, patient positioning belts, a set of table accessories, a header, a cover, an automatic syringe. A key component of a computer tomograph is software, but it should not be considered as an ICT solution, as software is used only for the correct operation of the device and cannot be used in any other way. At the same time, the tomograph itself without software is completely useless. The supplier of the tomograph will be obliged to adapt the existing TK workshop. The scope of adjustment work will be quantifiable once the supplier of equipment has been selected in an unrestricted tender. Its task will be to launch the device and carry out acceptance tests. The TK provider will train people involved in the operation of the CT scanner. The subject of the training will be the operation of the CT scanner and all related medical devices. In addition, in order to apply for EU funding, the applicant prepared a feasibility study of the investment. The implementation of the project will also be accompanied by information and promotional activities. The project will be carried out by the Applicant himself. Products: Single-treatment supported (indicator: Number of medical entities supported – 1 pcs) Purchased medical apparatus worth PLN 1 819 000.00. (indicator: Investment outlays for the purchase of medical equipment -1 819 000,00 zł) One hospital supported in the health service programme (indicator: Number of hospitals supported in the health service programme – 1 units) TC will be allocated and used for the treatment of civilisation diseases in 80 %. 80 % of the costs were considered eligible (explained in point A.1 SWI). W ramach przedsięwzięcia planuje się zakup 16-rzędowego tomografu komputerowego, a wraz z nim m.in. dwumonitorowej konsoli operatorskiej, konsoli lekarskiej fantomu do prowadzenia testów podstawowych, pasów do pozycjonowania pacjenta, zestawu akcesoriów do stołu, podgłówka, pokrowca, automatycznej strzykawki. Dostawca tomografu zobowiązany będzie do dostosowania istniejącej pracowni TK. (Polish)
