The main objective of the project “Opole Digital Village” is to acquire by 144 persons (86 K, 58 M) out of 160 UP (96 K, 64 M) over 18 years of age from rural Opolskie voivodship, qualifications in computer basics according to ECDL standard in the period up to 31.12.2018. The project is aimed at adults working, learning or living in rural areas of Opolskie according to the DEGURBA classification 3, with more ages and more people with disabilities and low-skilled people. The project assumes the implementation of training courses in the field of computer operation in accordance with the standard of requirements set out in Appendix 2 to Wyt. in the scope of implementation of projects involving ESF funds in the area of education for the years 2014-2020 for people diagnosed with the largest ICT competence gaps. As a result of the diagnosis of training needs, UP will be able to benefit from one of the training packages available, i.e. Text editor, Image Editor, Computer for accounting, Active Internet user, compatible with ECDL certification system. The training will be carried out mainly in training centres located in rural areas of the Opole Voivodeship, close to the place of residence of the University of Warsaw, in order to facilitate accessibility to participation in computer courses for people with limited ability to raise key competences. As a result of participation in the training path, UP will acquire 21 competences in accordance with the DIGCOMP standard requirements in 5 areas: Information, Communication, Content Creation, Security, Troubleshooting. After completion of the training, UP will take the examinations conducted by the ECDL accredited body. Result of the project: It was assumed that 90 % of UP will be awarded ECDL Profile certificates issued by PTI as a result of a positive passing of examinations, which confirm the acquisition of qualifications related to basic computer support. W wyniku przeprowadzenia diagnozy potrzeb szkoleniowych UP będą mogli skorzystać z jednego z dostępnych pakietów szkoleń tj. W wyniku udziału w ścieżce szkoleniowej UP nabędą 21 kompetencji zgodne ze standardem wymagań określonym w ramach projektu DIGCOMP w 5 obszarach: Informacja, Komunikacja, Tworzenie treści, Bezpieczeństwo, Rozwiązywanie problemów.
