Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost poziomu konkurencyjności osób dorosłych z woj. opolskiego na rynku pracy poprzez podniesienie kluczowych kompetencji w zakresie znajomości języka angielskiego wśród 336 osób dorosłych wykazujących największą lukę kompetencyjną, w tym osób starszych w wieku 50+ oraz o niskich kwalifikacjach z woj. opolskiego (w min 70% do mieszkańców obszarów wiejskich) w okresie od 01.2018 do 06.2019. Projekt skierowany jest do 336 osób dorosłych z woj.opolskiego, które ukończyły 18 rok życia, 55% Kobiet i 45% Mężczyzn, os.fizycznych mieszkających w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego i/lub uczących się i/lub pracujących na terenie woj.opolskiego) w szczególności osób pozostających w niekorzystnej sytuacji, osób, które wykazują największą lukę kompetencyjną w zakresie języków obcych w tym osób starszych oraz o niskich kwalifikacjach chcących podnieść kluczowe kompetencje o charakterze podstawowym i przekrojowym w zakresie języków obcych, w 60% do osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED3) w wieku 18 lat i więcej i w 20% do osób powyżej 50 roku życia, w 70% do osób zamieszkałych na terenach wiejskich zgłaszających z własnej inicjatywy potrzebę podniesienia kompetencji. Projekt zakłada przeszkolenie 336 os. z języka ang., i ich przystąpienie do egzaminu zewnętrznego TOEIC zgodnego z Europejskim Systemem Opisu Kształcenia Językowego. (Polish)
