Działania projektowe skierowane będą do dwóch grup docelowych: 357 uczniów 16 szkół zawodowych oraz 17 nauczycieli szkół objętych wsparciem. Planowane działania zakładają: 1. Kursy kompetencyjne i kwalifikacyjne dla uczniów wszystkich szkół biorących udział w projekcie, np. spawacza Mag i Tig,wózka widłowego,barmana, umożliwiające nabycie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji. 2. Staże i praktyki zawodowe realizowane u pracodawców, umożliwiające nabycie dodatkowych kompetencji zawodowych przez uczniów. 3. Zajęcia pozalekcyjne/pozaszkolne podnoszące kompetencje i przygotowujące do zewnętrznych egzaminów zawodowych we współpracy z pracodawcami w połączeniu z wizytami na targach branżowych czy w centralnych instytucjach społeczno - gospodarczych. 4. Doposażenie pracowni zawodowych w nowoczesne narzędzia/pomoce dydaktyczne, przyczyniające się do poprawy efektywności nauczania. 5. Motywacyjne stypendia naukowe dla najlepszych uczniów szkół z przedmiotów zawodowych. 6. Kursy kompetencyjne i kwalifikacyjne dla nauczycieli, powiązane z kierunkami przez nich nauczanymi. (Polish)
