As part of a project running from 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2019 200 ZS students in the National Army of the ZDZ National Army in Katowice will take part in the employability programme, where participants: To take additional job placements in enterprises — they will benefit from vocational courses giving additional qualifications — teachers will benefit from educational and vocational training — 20 teachers have improved their qualifications — 1 groups of schools will further the conditions of education into the natural working environment. the programme will be set up by the Programme Board to assist schools with their employers in changing and completing curricula in response to the needs of local employers active in the fields of education. The project will be implemented in accordance with the needs identified and the individual diagnosis of the school. The objective is to improve the quality of the vocational training process by adapting it to the needs of the labour market, strengthening the employability of 200 and increasing the professional competence of 20 teachers of vocational subjects, through courses and training. Students participating in the project will expand their practical skills closely to their profession, with their work in the business environment. Participation in the project will provide up to the UP, increase professional knowledge, increase competences and change attitudes towards lifelong learning, will influence professional awareness. Confirmation of the acquired competences will affect the freedom of movement in the labour market. This project focuses on the need to equip pupils with additional skills that are not shaped by the foundation of the programme and significantly increase employability. All of the proposed support results directly from the identified problems that the applicant wishes to address through the implementation of the project. These problems have been identified in an individual diagnosis of a school approved by the Authority in VII 2016. (English)

    W ramach projekt realizowanego od 01.01.2017 do 31.12.2019r. 200 uczniów ZS w Andrychowie im. Armii Krajowej ZDZ w Katowicach, weźmie udział w programie zwiększania szans na zatrudnienie, w ramach którego uczestnicy: - odbędą dodatkowe staże w przedsiębiorstwach - wezmą udział w kursach zawodowych nadających dodatkowe kwalifikacje - skorzystają z doradztwa edukacyjno -zawodowego - 20 nauczycieli udoskonali swoje kwalifikacje - 1 zespół szkół przybliży warunki kształcenia do naturalnego środowiska pracy Zostanie powołana Rada Programowa wspomagająca szkoły we współpracy z pracodawcami w procesie zmian i uzupełniania programów nauczania w odpowiedzi na potrzeby lokalnych pracodawców działających w obszarach w których kształci szkoła. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z potrzebami wskazanymi i indywidualnej diagnozie szkoły. Celem proj. jest podniesienie jakości procesu kształcenia zawodowego przez dostosowanie go do potrzeb rynku pracy, wzmocnienie zdolności do zatrudnienia 200 ucz. i podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 20 nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych, poprzez kursy i szkolenia. Uczniowie biorący udział w projekcie poszerzą swoje umiejętności praktyczne ściśle związane z zawodem, z pracą w środowisku przedsiębiorstwa. Udział w projekcie zapewni UP, wzrost wiedzy zawodowej, podniesienie kompetencji oraz zmianę postaw wobec kształcenia ustawicznego, wpłynie na rozwój świadomość zawodowej. Potwierdzenie nabytych kompetencji wpłynie na możliwość swobodnego poruszania się po rynku pracy. Niniejszy projekt jest zorientowany na potrzebę wyposażenia uczniów w dodatkowe umiejętności, które nie są kształcone w ramach podstaw programowych, a znacznie zwiększają szanse zatrudnienia. Całość zakładanego wsparcia, wynika bezpośrednio ze zdiagnozowanych problemów jakie wnioskodawca chce rozwiązać dzięki realizacji projektu. Problemy te zostały określone w indywidualnej diagnozie szkoły, zatwierdzonej przez Organ Prowadzący w VII 2016 roku. (Polish)
