Przedmiotem projektu będzie realizacja zleconych usług badawczych prowadzących do opracowania nowej gaśnicy wodnej pianowej, o zawartości 3 litrów najwyższej klasy środka gaśniczego, przeprowadzenie wstępnych testów pożarowych w celu zoptymalizowania konstrukcji, przeprowadzenie ostatecznych testów pożarowych (warunek konieczny w procesie certyfikacji) przeprowadzenie badań dotyczących jakości i zgodności z wymogami i obowiązującymi normami (m. in. Europejska Dyrektywa Ciśnieniowa, PN-EN 3-7), oraz uzyskanie Świadectwa Dopuszczenia na rynek polski. Projekt będzie się składał z 2 etapów: a) 01.12.2016- 10.02.2017 Badania mające na celu określenie parametrów strugi wytwarzanej podczas użycia gaśnicy 3 litrowej wodnej pianowej, takich jak: - spadek ciśnienia - wielkość i rozkład kropel - zasięg wyrzutu w zależności od: - wielkości (z uwzględnieniem wewnętrznej powłoki antykorozyjnej) i kształtu zbiornika gaśnicy - zastosowanej dyszy - ilości gazu nośnego - zastosowanego ciśnienia napełnienia b) 01.02.2017-30.06.2017 Wykonanie badań zgodności z normami, oraz badań mających na celu wystawienie Świadectwa Dopuszczenia na rynek, w tym: - wykonanie wstępnych testów pożarowych typu A, B oraz F z użyciem nowych gaśnic 3-litrowych o różnej konstrukcji (wielkość zbiornika, rodzaj dyszy, układ wyrzutowy) w celu określenia maksymalnej skuteczności gaśniczej dla danej konstrukcji Dla wybranej, po wstępnych testach pożarowych, konstrukcji gaśnicy: - wykonanie ostatecznych testów pożarowych pożarów typu A, B, oraz F zgodnie z PN-EN 3-7 - zbadanie czasu działania gaśnicy - określenie ilości pozostałego po użyciu gaśnicy środka gaśniczego - określenie zgodności konstrukcji gaśnicy z dokumentacją konstrukcyjną Przeprowadzenie wszystkich pozostałych badań i procedur mających na celu uzyskanie Świadectwa Dopuszczenia.
