The project concerns the purchase of medical equipment for the new headquarters of the University Hospital of Krakowiekoci, which was launched in 2015 and is scheduled to be completed in 2019. The project is complemented by a multi-annual programme of the Council of Ministers of RP.In the framework of a multi-profile clinical hospital, medical services will be provided at the highest level of referenda, combined with the conduct of teaching and training activities. The implementation of the project will allow the centre of medical activities to be concentrated in 925 beds with complementary and complementary diagnostics. The scope of the project will include the task of purchasing equipment for the new premises of apparatus, medical devices, as defined by the Medical Devices Act of 20 May 2010, i.e. Journal (Polish Journal of Laws of 2017, item 211 for the following areas: hospital outpatient clinics, hospital pharmacy, blood bank, blood bank, serology, operating block, brachytherapy, central steriliser, diagnostic imaging, electrocardiology, haemocardiology, hyperbaria, emergency medical laboratory, medical laboratory, nuclear medicine, bed branch, anaesthesiology and intensive therapy, endoscopy, rehabilitation, dialysis centre, hospital rescue department, teleradiotherapy, establishment of the University Hospital of the University of Krakokowie.Annex 4.     Projekt dotyczy zakupu wyposażenia medycznego dla nowej siedziby Szpitala Uniwersyteckiego w KrakowieProkocimiu, której budowę rozpoczęto w 2015 r., a jej planowane zakończenie ma nastąpić w roku 2019. Projekt jest dopełnieniem Programu wieloletniego Rady Ministrów RP.W ramach wieloprofilowego szpitala klinicznego udzielane będą świadczenia medyczne na najwyższym poziomie referencyjności, w połączeniu z prowadzeniem działalności dydaktycznoszkoleniowej i naukowobadawczej. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na skoncentrowanie działalności medycznej dla 925 miejsc łóżkowych z komplementarnym zapleczem diagnostycznoleczniczym. Zakres rzeczowy Projektu obejmować będzie zadanie polegające na zakupie wyposażenia do nowej siedziby aparatury, sprzętu medycznego wyroby medyczne zgodne z definicja zawartą w Ustawie z dnia 20 maja 2010 r. o wyrobach medycznych, t.j. Dz. U. z 2017 r. poz. 211 dla następujących obszarów: ambulatoria przyszpitalne, angiografia, apteka szpitalna, bank krwi, serologia, blok operacyjny, brachyterapia, centralna sterylizatornia, diagnostyka obrazowa, elektrokardiologia, hemodynamika, hiperbaria, izba przyjęć, laboratoria medyczne, medycyna nuklearna, oddziały łóżkowe, oddział anestezjologii i intensywnej terapii, pracownie endoskopii, rehabilitacja, stacja dializ, szpitalny oddział ratunkowy, teleradioterapia, zakład patomorfologii z prosektorium.Wszystkie zakupione pozycje będą środkiem trwałym zgodnie z dokumentem Zasady polityka rachunkowości Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej Szpitala Uniwersyteckiego w Krakowie.Załącznik 4.
