Przedmiotem projektu będzie rozbudowa i modernizacja istniejącej infrastruktury Miejskiego Ośrodka Sportu i Rekreacji w Bukownie z myślą o osobach starszych i niepełnosprawnych.W ramach projektu budynek hali zostanie poddany głębokiej termomodernizacji polegająca na odkopaniu i dociepleniu ścian fundamentowych, dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, wymianie stolarki zewnętrznej, wymianie systemu co i c.w.u z zastosowanie OZE. Modernizacja holu wejściowego wraz z modernizacją schodów i wymianą posadzki hali sportowej. Przebudowa piwnic hali sportowej i dostosowanie ich do pełnienia funkcji centrum odnowy biologicznej i aktywności ruchowej. Budowa żelbetowego szybu wraz z montażem podnośnika dla niepełnosprawnych.Wykonanie 2 wiat ogniskowych o powierzchni około 30 m2 każda.Wykonane oświetlenie zewnętrzne hali sportowej i parkingu 10 punktów świetlnych.
