Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje realizację budynku Obserwatorium Astronomicznego w Niepołomicach, działka nr: 23352 w powiecie wielickim. Projekt obejmuje też instalacje wewnętrzne wod. kan. prądu i c.o.. Projekt obejmuje również rozbiórkę 8 starych budynków. W zakresie projektu przewidziano tereny utwardzone dojścia i dojazdy, oświetlenie zewnętrzne w postaci słupów oświetleniowych, ławki, kosze na śmieci i stojaki rowerowe. Zostały dodane schody terenowe prowadzące do kotłowni. Projekt obejmuje przyłącz wodociągowy, kanalizacyjne, energetyczne i gazowe oraz wjazd. Całość terenu zostanie otoczona ogrodzeniem ażurowym.Powierzchnia zabudowy 1743,00 m . Powierzchnia terenów utwardzonych 897,50 m.
