| Property / summary: The project consists of the replacement of 25 old non-organic carbon furnaces in residential buildings into new low carbon biomass stoves or gaseous fuels, by means of a system of subsidies for the replacement of furnaces and the modernisation of the internal installation for the owners of the buildings.The material scope of the project includes the following tasks: The replacement of the non-organic heat source, the identification of information and promotional information for raising environmental awareness. The design of the control system The project involves the reduction of CO2 emissions by 79,91, the reduction of PM10 emissions of PM by 99,58 and PM2.5 by 98,99. Prior to the implementation of the project: CO2 was 293,93 Mgr, PM10 1,073 Mgr, PM2.5 0,452Mgr. Once the project is implemented, CO2 emissions are expected to be as follows: 59 MgOs, PM10 and PM2.5 0,004 MGRs were calculated based on the assumptions made in the SZOOP for the 25 buildings supported by the project. The project is not intended to be connected to the district heating network as there is no infrastructure of this type within the municipality of Tokarnia. The applicant does not plan to prepare a safety net for those who bear the increased heating costs of the premises associated with the permanent change of the heating system. The PGN identified a problem situation in the commune of Tokarnia, associated with high pollution and the excess of benzap-concentrations, PM10, PM2.5 and CO2. Przedmiotem projektu jest wymiana 25 starych nieekologicznych piecy węglowych w budynkach mieszkalnych na nowe niskoemisyjne piece na biomasę lub paliwa gazowe, za pomocą systemu dopłat do wymiany pieców oraz modernizacji wewnętrznej instalacji dla właścicieli budynków.Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje następuje zadania: Wymiana nieekologicznego źródła ciepła Akcja informacyjnopromocyjna na rzecz podnoszenia świadomości ekologicznej. Organizacja systemu kontroli W ramach projektu zakłada się redukcję emisji CO2 o 79,91, redukcję emisji pyłów PM10 o 99,58 i PM2.5 o 98,99. Przed realizacją projektu emisja: CO2 wyniosła 293,93 Mgrok, PM10 1,073 Mgrok, PM2.5 0,452Mgrok. Po realizacji projektu zakłada się, że emisja CO2 będzie wynosić: 59Mgrok, PM10 oraz PM2.5 0,004 Mgrok.Powyższe obliczenia dokonano w oparciu o założenia przedstawione w SZOOP, dla 25 budynków objętych wsparciem w ramach realizacji projektu. W ramach projektu nie są planowane działania związane z podłączeniem do sieci ciepłowniczej, ponieważ na terenie gminy Tokarnia nie istnieje tego typu infrastruktura. Wnioskodawca nie planuje przygotowania programu osłonowego dla osób które ponoszą zwiększone koszty grzewcze lokalu związane z trwałą zmianą systemu ogrzewania.Projekt jest realizowany na terenie gminy zaklasyfikowanej do obszarów, na których konieczne jest podjęcie działań naprawczych polegających na likwidacji starych niskosprawnych urządzeń grzewczych i wyszczególnionych w obowiązującym Programie ochrony powietrza dla województwa małopolskiego.Realizacja projektu została ujęta w Planie gospodarki niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Tokarnia, który został zaopiniowany i uzyskał potwierdzenie z WFOŚiGW w Krakowie o poprawności opracowania dokumentu. W PGN zidentyfikowano sytuację problemową na terenie gminy Tokarnia, związaną z wysokim zanieczyszczeniem i przekroczeniem stężeń benzoapirenu, pyłu PM10, PM2.5 oraz CO2. Projekt realizowany jest poza terenem miejscowości uzdrowiskowych (Polish)
