The subject of the project is to co-finance the exchange of heat sources in individual households (gas fuel) in the Czernichów Municipality. Estimated quantity of boilers listed: 30 pcs, including replacement of the heating installation, if replaced by an energy efficiency assessment. At this stage, the locations of households where heat sources will be exchanged are not known. The project will reduce CO2 by at least 30 % for existing installations. Support will be conditional on ensuring adequate energy efficiency in the building. The buildings covered by the project will meet the energy intensity requirements contained in the SzOOP.This condition will be met if the building has a maximum value of EPH+W of no more than 150 kWh/(m² x year) for single-family houses or 135 kWh/(m² x year) for multi-family houses (EPH+W – non-renewable primary energy for heating, ventilation and hot water preparation). The owners of the buildings will be obliged to submit the building to the energy assessment according to the methodology adopted by IZ and to carry out the energy modernisation assessment of the building. The support will be conditional on the implementation of investments in the building which increase energy efficiency and reduce energy demand, i.e. carrying out the process of energy modernisation and the decommissioning of the old boiler. Another aspect of the project will be to provide residents with information on the harmful use of inefficient boilers and installations. This is to be done through an information and promotion campaign. Another task necessary for the implementation of the project is to prepare the necessary documentation, among others, contracts with residents, rules of selection of final recipients and co-financing of boiler exchanges. Innym zadaniem, niezbędnym do realizacji projektu jest przygotowanie niezbędnej dokumentacji m.in umów z mieszkańcami, regulaminu wyboru odbiorców końcowych i dofinansowania wymiany kotłów. (Polish)
