Property / summary
The project consists of the replacement of heat sources, of non-organic heat generators, of old solid fuel boilers to natural gas boilers or to biomass in individual households in the municipality of Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca. The municipality does not have a network for district heating and no construction is planned for 2023. The project will include subsidies for the replacement of old coal furnaces for the next generation of gas-fired and/or biomass furnaces. It is planned that 195 heat generators will be modernised as part of the project (average rate estimated taking into account the replacement of the furnace and the completion of the internal installation of the building, which are necessary for the proper functioning of the new heating system). According to the SZOOP, an entry condition under the Ecodesign Directive is a reduction in CO2 of at least 30 % compared to the existing installations. Under the conditions, the project will support heating appliances with a minimum level of energy efficiency and pollutant emission standards in force since the end of 2020, as defined in the implementing measures of Directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products. For the project, the minimum CO2 reduction for existing installations will be 78.87 %. The buildings covered by the project will meet the energy intensity requirements of the OOP. Support for the replacement of the heat source shall be subject to an agreement with the owner of the building, subject to the condition of adequate energy efficiency, the submission to the building assessment (simplified audit) and the obligation to permanently liquidate the old boiler and to use only the boiler to which the grant was awarded, with instructions for possible inspection or verification of the fuel consumption for heating purposes. The project also plans to raise awareness of low greenhouse gas emissions and environmental protection. (English)

(Polish)
