The subject of the project is to co-finance the exchange of heat sources – old boilers, furnaces, heating appliances for solid fuels in individual households – for boilers using gaseous fuels or biomass in the Zielonka Commune. In the municipality there is no possibility of connecting buildings to the district heating network, nor is it planned to develop it during the period of implementation of the project. The project also includes co-financing for internal installation in the building necessary for the proper function of the new heating system (if the need for the investment will result from the apologies of the energy assessment). Priority will be given to renewable energy projects. Expected number of boilers listed together with the modernisation of the internal installation in buildings: min 200 pcs: 192 gas and 8 for biomass. The project will reduce CO2 by at least 30 % for existing installations. Support will be conditional on ensuring adequate energy efficiency in the building. The buildings covered by the project will meet the energy intensity requirements of the SzOOP. The owners of the buildings will be obliged to submit the building to the energy assessment according to the methodology adopted by IZ and to carry out the abovementioned energy assessment of the building. The support will be conditional on the implementation of investments in the building that increase energy efficiency and reduce energy demand, i.e. carrying out the energy modernisation process. Another aspect of the project will be to provide residents with information on the harmful use of inefficient boilers and installations. This is to be done by means of an information and promotion campaign consisting of elements such as: — education of pre-school children and schoolchildren. – wide-ranging project promotion and recruitment. Another task necessary for real. the project is to prepare the necessary documentation. A description of the individual tasks is given in section C.2.3. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt obejmuje również dofinansowanie do wykonania wewn. instalacji w budynku niezbędnych do prawidł. funkcj. nowego systemu ogrzewania (jeśli konieczność inwestycji będzie wynikała z przeprow.oceny energ.). Kolejnym aspektem w projekcie będzie przekazanie mieszkańcom informacji nt. szkodliwości użytkowania nieefektywnych kotłów i instalacji.
