Projekt pn."Głęboka modernizacja energetyczna budynku Zespołu Szkół Szkoły Podstawowej i Gimnazjum w Barcicach" polega na termomodernizacji szkoły oraz modernizacji kotłowni. Planowane zadania w ramach projektu: Zadanie 1 Modernizacja energetyczna budynku Zepołu Szkół Szkoły Podstawowej i Gimnazjum w Barcicach 1.1 Przygotowanie analizy finansowo - ekonomicznej 1.2 Opracowanie projektu budowlanego wraz z audytem energetycznym 1.3 Termomodernizacja budynku 1.4 Remont kotłowni wraz z wymianą źródła ciepła 1.5 Inspektor nadzoru 1.6 Promocja projektu 1.7 Roboty niezwiązane ze zwiększeniem efektywności energetycznej budynku Planowany zakres prac inwestycyjnych obejmuje: - docieplenia (hydro i termo – izolacji) ścian zewnętrznych powyżej i poniżej poziomu terenu - wykonanie wyprawy zewnętrznej ścian - docieplenia stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją - docieplenia kominów - wymiana pozostałych okien i drzwi w budynku oraz luksferów - remont kotłowni (w tym m.in. montaż kaskady kotłów o mocy znamionowej 276 kW -dwa kotły po 138 kW każdy) Dodatkowo zaznacza się, iz w ramach projektu: 1. W projekcie zastosowano urządzenia służące do rozliczenia ciepła (liczniki ciepła, ciepłej wody) oraz chłodu zgodnie z załączonymi audytami energetycznymi. 3. W projekcie zastosowane zostały urządzenia utrzymujące zadaną temperaturę poprzez aktywne działanie (termostaty) i regulatory różnicy ciśnień (zawory podpionowe). zgodnie z załączonymi audytami energetycznymi. 4. Wartość redukcji emisji CO2 jaka zostanie osiągnięta w projekcie w stosunku do stanu sprzed realizacji projektu wynosi 56 % zgodnie z audytami energetycznymi. 5.
