The main result of the project is the expansion of the globally unique research department of MAEM, thus gaining research, technological and human resources to carry out research in the manufacture and testing of advanced components of the machinery infrastructure of seagoing vessels. These details work in extreme conditions and are exposed to aggressive environments in the form of a mixture of salt water and hot oils. The aim of the project is to obtain additional technological facilities to carry out the work described in the research agenda. As a result of the work carried out using the equipment purchased, the company will acquire the necessary knowledge in the field of manufacturing and testing and control of parts of machinery operating as components of pumps, separators and other responsible equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the engine room of vessels, as a result of the research carried out. As a result of the work, unique know-how will be created with the potential to later secure intellectual property in relation to the ISF process and products through patents and utility models. The project will significantly increase the competitiveness of the Applicant on the international market. The applicant will be able to carry out comprehensive R & D in the production and control methods of a wide range of components, their assemblies and complete units, assembled in ships for maritime and ocean transport, which meets the needs and expectations of demanding customers of shipowners and service companies in machinery rooms. The project requires the purchase of fixed assets constituting the equipment of the planned CBR separate organizational unit, in which the tasks presented in the agenda will be carried out.
