Project titled The purchase of research equipment to carry out R & D in the field of intelligent electronics for the industrial sector is a solution to the real problems of Małopolska entrepreneurs of the intelligent technology industry for the industrial sector. Its essential part is the purchase and implementation of a modern pickplace machine for the production of electronic devices.On the applicant’s side, the purchase of research equipment solves the problem of long deadlines and high costs of prototyping the currently designed products, due to the need to involve external entities in the production process of electronics. In addition, the purchase of research equipment enables the implementation of a new technological process, based entirely on independent design, prototyping, testing and production of innovative products. The new technological process will increase the quality and competitiveness of products. The use of modern apparatus will reduce energy intensity and optimise operating costs.On the part of customers, the purchase of research equipment solves the problems of long waiting times and high costs of purchasing intelligent technologies, leading ultimately to a shortage of products with specifications that meet the current requirements of the market for smart metering and diagnostic technologies.The purchase of automated assembly equipment enables the company to exercise better control over the process of prototyping and testing innovative technologies. Zakup aparatury badawczej do prowadzenia prac badawczo rozwojowych w zakresie inteligentnej elektroniki dla sektora przemysłowego jest rozwiązaniem realnych problemów małopolskich przedsiębiorców branży inteligentnej technologii dla sektora przemysłowego. Jego zasadniczą częścią jest zakup i wdrożenie nowoczesnego automatu typu pickplace do produkcji urządzeń elektronicznych.Po stronie wnioskodawcy, zakup aparatury badawczej rozwiązuje problem długich terminów i wysokich kosztów prototypowania obecnie projektowanych produktów, ze względu na konieczność angażowania podmiotów zewnętrznych w proces produkcji elektroniki. Ponadto, zakup aparatury badawczej umożliwia implementację nowego procesu technologicznego, opartego w całości na samodzielnym projektowaniu, prototypowaniu, testowaniu i wytwarzaniu innowacyjnych produktów. Nowy proces technologiczny przełoży się na wzrost jakości i konkurencyjności produktów. Wykorzystanie nowoczesnej aparatury przełoży się na ograniczenie energochłonności i optymalizację kosztów operacyjnych.Po stronie odbiorców, zakup aparatury badawczej rozwiązuje problemy długiego czasu oczekiwania oraz wysokich kosztów zakupu inteligentnych technologii, prowadzące ostatecznie do niedoboru produktów o specyfikacji odpowiadającej współczesnym wymaganiom rynku inteligentnych technologii pomiarowych i diagnostycznych.Zakup zautomatyzowanej aparatury montażowej umożliwia przedsiębiorstwu sprawowanie lepszej kontroli nad procesem prototypowania i testowania innowacyjnych technologii.
