In the area covered by the project, the connection to the heating network is not planned during the programme period, i.e. until 2023. The following thermal retrofitting measures for buildings such as: — Primary school in Nowy Wiśnicz – School Complex in Stary Wiśnicz – School Complex in Królówka – Primary School in Muchówka – Elementary School in Połomiu Duży As part of the activities foreseen as part of the thermal modernisation of the above mentioned buildings, among others. — insulation of external/internal walls; replacement of doors and windows; modernisation of boiler room and central heating installations; construction of the installation of photovoltaic panels Detailed range of activities for each point is presented below. The thermo-modernisation effect will be achieved, among others, by warming the walls, modernising systems and heating sources, replacing window and door carpentry and replacing lighting for energy efficient as well as installation of photovoltaic installations.     Projekt przedstawiany spełnia wszystkie kryteria potwierdzające jego kwalifikowalność w ramach niniejszego konkursu, tj. poprawa efektywności energetycznej - w ramach niniejszego projektu nastąpi poprawa na poziomie 64,85%. W każdym obiekcie poddanym głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej przewidziano montaż liczników ciepła oraz CWU. Wartość redukcji emisji CO2 jaka zostanie osiągnięta w projekcie w stosunku do stanu sprzed realizacji projektu będzie wynosiła 61,95%. Wartość obniżenia emisji pyłów to wartość ta dla wszystkich budynków poddanych głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej wynosi: dla pyłów (PM 10) 66,46%, dla pyłów (PM 2,5) 66,46%. Na obszarze objętym projektem podłączenie do sieci ciepłowniczej nie jest planowane w okresie realizacji programu, czyli do 2023 r. Przewiduje się przeprowadzenie następujących działań termomodernizacyjnych dla takich budynków jak : - Szkoła Podstawowa w Nowym Wiśniczu - Zespół Szkół w Starym Wiśniczu - Zespół Szkół w Królówce - Szkoła Podstawowa w Muchówce - Szkoła Podstawowa w Połomiu Dużym W ramach działań przewidzianych w ramach termomodernizacji dla w/w obiektów przewidziano m.in. - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych/wewnętrznych; wymiana drzwi i okien; modernizacja kotłowni oraz instalacji c.o.; budowa instalacji paneli fotowoltaicznych Szczegółowy zakres działań dla każdego punktu został przedstawiony poniżej. Efekt termomodernizacyjny zostanie osiągnięty m.in. poprzez docieplenie ścian, modernizację systemów i źródeł ogrzewania, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej oraz wymianę oświetlenia na energooszczędne a także montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych.
