The investment will cover two buildings: workshops (building no. 6) and workshops – workshop number 2 (construction no. 7) The total number of buildings covered by the project in the above mentioned facilities is 7. In the physical and financial schedule, individual actions are assigned to the objects broken down by category of work according to the list below, with each building marking the work concerned: — preparatory work: technical documentation, audits, – warming, – carpentry, – central heating installations, boiler room, – lighting, – production of photovoltaic installation, – investor supervision. Projekt składa się z trzech zadań, z których każde dotyczy jednego z trzech obiektów: Zadanie 1. Liceum Ogólnokształcące w Tuchowie (skr. LO Tuchów). Inwestycja obejmie jeden budynek: budynek szkoły (bud. nr 1). Zadanie 2. Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego w Tuchowie (skr. CKZiU Tuchów). Inwestycja obejmie cztery budynki – szkoła (bud. nr 2), warsztaty szkolne (bud. nr 3), warsztaty szkolne - pracownie samochodowe i dydaktyczne (bud. nr 4), warsztaty szkolne – spawalnia i kuźnia (bud. nr 5). Zadanie 3. Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Zakliczynie (skr. ZSP Zakliczyn). Inwestycja obejmie dwa budynki: warsztaty (bud. nr 6) oraz warsztaty – pracownie numer 2 (bud. nr 7) Łączna liczba budynków objętych projektem w wyżej wymienionych obiektach wynosi 7. W harmonogramie rzeczowo - finansowym poszczególne działania zostały przypisane do obiektów w podziale na kategorie prac według listy poniżej z każdorazowym zaznaczeniem jakiego budynku dotyczą dane prace: - prace przygotowawcze: dokumentacja techniczna, audyty, - docieplenie, - stolarka, - instalacje c.o. i cwu, kotłownia, - oświetlenie, - wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej, - nadzór inwestorski. Miernikiem osiągnięcia przyjętych celów będą: a) zmniejszenie rocznego zapotrzebowania na energię końcową o 74,45 %, b) zastosowanie obowiązkowych urządzeń służących do rozliczania ciepła: w projekcie zaprojektowano liczniki ciepła dla poszczególnych obiegów cieplnych (c.o. i cwu) w węźle cieplnym (w załączeniu – „zał. 16 c: Kotlownia, co termo Tuchow, Zakliczyn”) c) zastosowanie urządzeń utrzymujących zadaną temperaturę: w projekcie zastosowano regulatory pogodowe, zawory termostatyczne na grzejnikach i zawory regulacyjne podpionowe, do regulacji statycznej - funkcja dynamicznej regulacji ciśnienia dyspozycyjnego realizowana przez pompy sterowane elektronicznie. d) redukcja emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CO2) o 76,735 %, e) obniżenie emisji pyłów PM2,5 o 99,52 % i pyłów PM10 o 99,57%.
