Task “Thermomodernisation of Farmer’s House in Zdzięsławice” Building parameters: Construction/technology of the building – traditional number of floors: 2 Kubatura of the heated part: 500.47 m³ Area of the building net: 177,62 m² Use area of commercial premises and other non-residential premises: 177,62 m² Type of heating system: kiln – coal-fired tile furnace This public service facility was built in the s by a traditional method. At the moment, it is necessary to perform thermomodernisation of the building. The scope of the works will consist of: External works: — insulation of the walls of buildings with external plaster (external plaster of 274 m² and mosaic plaster 16 m²) -exchange of windows and external doors and replacement of window sills (door 2 x 1.1x2.1; windows 11x1,8x1,2 and 5x0,9x1,2; window sills 21 mb – foundation insulation (40 m²) Installation robots: — construction of the installation which together with a boiler for gas, gas installation, hot water The project presents the best value for money. The solutions adopted respond to the needs and problems diagnosed at the project planning stage. The following results will be achieved as a result of the project: 77.91 % energy efficiency improvement (value shown in Table 14 of the energy audit) 66.2 % CO2 reduction (% shown in Table 15 of energy audit) 99.97 % reduction in PM10 emissions (% shown in Table 15 of energy audit) 99.96 % reduction in PM 2,5 dust emissions (% shown in Table 15 of energy audit) After the investment, an analysis of the implemented energy solutions will be prepared. Individual heat and cold meters will be used. Michalowice does not have a plan for the development of district heating. Zadanie " Termomodernizacja Domu Rolnika w Zdzięsławicach" Parametry budynku: Konstrukcja/technologia budynku - tradycyjna Liczba kondygnacji: 2 Kubatura części ogrzewanej: 500,47m3 Powierzchnia budynku netto: 177,62 m2 Powierzchnia użytkowa lokali użytkowych i innych lokali niemieszkalnych: 177,62 m2 Rodzaj systemu grzewczego: piecowe - piec kaflowy opalany węglem Przedmiotowy obiekt o charakterze usług publicznych wybudowany w latach osiemdziesiątych XX wieku metodą tradycyjną. W obecnej chwili konieczne jest wykonanie termomodernizacji budynku. Zakres robót będzie polegał na: Roboty zewnętrzne: - wykonanie docieplenia ścian budynków wraz z tynkiem zewnętrznym (tynk zewnętrzny 274 m2 oraz tynk mozaikowy 16 m2) -wymiana okien i drzwi zewnętrznych i wymiana parapetów (drzwi 2 x 1,1x2,1; okna 11x1,8x1,2 oraz 5x0,9x1,2; parapety 21 mb) -izolacja fundamentów (40 m2) Roboty instalacyjne: -budowa instalacji co wraz z kotłem na gaz, instalacja gazowa, c.w.u Projekt przedstawia najlepszą relację jakości do ceny. Przyjęte rozwiązania odpowiadają na potrzeby i problemy zdiagnozowane na etapie planowania projektu. W wyniku realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną następujące rezultaty: 77,91 % poprawy efektywności energetycznej (wartość % wskazana w tabeli 14 audytu energetycznego) 66,2% redukcji emisji CO2 ( wartość % wskazana w tabeli 15 audytu energetycznego) 99,97% obniżenia emisji pyłów PM10 (wartość % wskazana w tabeli 15 audytu energetycznego) 99,96% obniżenie emisji pyłów PM 2,5 (wartość % wskazana w tabeli 15 audytu energetycznego) Po zakończeniu inwestycji przygotowana zostanie analiza dotycząca wdrożonych rozwiązań energetycznych. Zastosowane zostaną indywidualne liczniki ciepła i chłodu. Gmina Michałowice nie posiada planu rozwoju sieci ciepłowniczej. Na obszarze objętym projektem podłączenie do sieci ciepłowniczej nie jest planowane w okresie realizacji programu, czyli do 2023 r. (Polish)
