As a result of the project, the Tatry methodology and the tool software Organy will be reached IX level TRL for training in the use of business applications. Currently, this is carried out in the form of group training supported by post instructions and assistance of other employees, which has many drawbacks: it absorbs infrastructure resources, takes employees away from work, requires materials to be developed. The project product will respond to these problems and will allow for auto-adaptative delivery of training content when the need is detected by an eye tracker. This will be possible thanks to sensory evaluation of the user’s information needs. Prototype Organs will use user visual activity registration cooperation with affortable eye tracker to track eye movements. Thanks to this, the project users will be able to significantly reduce traditional training by improving the work efficiency of employees. The project will be implemented by 2 partners. Industrial research will include the development of Tatry methodology with measurement methods and development work prototype Organs inspired by the achievements of psychology, management and IT eye tracking and cooperation with running applications without interference with their code. The project is based on the results of the applicant’s work and uses innovative technology, which is its property. The results of the project will be implemented in the business activity of the leader or partner, allowing them to acquire a new group of recipients and increase revenues.Innovative nature of the product results from a combination of possibilities in one product: Own communication and integration technology Applicant to use affordable eye tracker, which is assumed to be a control device, as a sensory measurement device of the user’s commitment to automated control of the training process. W wyniku projektu powstanie metodyka Tatry i oprogramowanie narzędziowe Organy zostanie osiągnięty IX poziom TRL służące do szkoleń z posługiwania się aplikacjami biznesowymi. Obecnie jest to realizowane w formie szkoleń grupowych wspartych instrukcjami stanowiskowymi i asystą innych pracowników, co ma wiele wad: absorbuje zasoby infrastrukturalne, odrywa pracowników od pracy, wymaga opracowania materiałów. Produkt projektu będzie odpowiedzią na te problemy pozwoli na autoadaptatywne dostarczanie treści szkoleniowych w momencie, gdy taka potrzeba zostanie wykryta przez eye trackera. Będzie to możliwe dzięki sensorycznej ocenie potrzeb informacyjnoszkoleniowych użytkownika. Prototyp Organy będzie wykorzystywać rejestrację aktywności wzrokowej użytkownika współpraca z affortable eye tracker do śledzenia ruchu gałek ocznych. Dzięki temu korzystający z produktu projektu będą mogli znacznie ograniczyć tradycyjne szkolenia poprawiając efektywność pracy pracowników. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany przez 2 partnerów. Obejmie badania przemysłowe opracowanie metodyki Tatry wraz z metodami pomiarowymi i prace rozwojowe prototyp Organy inspirowane osiągnięciami psychologii, zarządzania oraz informatyki eye tracking i współpraca z uruchomionymi aplikacjami bez ingerencji w ich kod.
