Celem projektu jest integracja społeczna i aktywizacja zawodowa 156 osób (80K, 76M) wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym w powiecie mławskim ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób z niepełnosprawnością oraz zapobieganie zjawisku wykluczenia społecznego i ubóstwa poprzez kompleksowe dostosowanie indywidualnych potrzeb przedsięwzięcia w zakresie integracji społecznej i aktywizacji zawodowej w okresie 31.08.18-30.08.20. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 156 os (80K, 76M) zakwalifikowanych do III profilu pomocy, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy lub oddalonych od rynku pracy, doświadczających oprócz bezrobocia wykluczenia na podstawie innych przesłanek wykluczających i wpisujących się w definicję osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w pow. mławskim, w woj. mazowieckim, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób z niepełnosprawnościami zarejestrowane w PUP w Mławie. Przeprowadzona zostanie diagnoza indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów uczestników projektu w celu przygotowania i realizacji wsparcia w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji. Pierwsze działanie to realizacja instrumentów aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym- poradnictwo umożliwiające docelowo powrót do życia społecznego, w tym powrót na rynek pracy i aktywizację zawodową. Realizowane będą instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze edukacyjnym tj. szkolenia zawodowe oraz o charakterze zawodowym tj. staże zawodowe , subsydiowane zatrudnienie, poradnictwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy. W projekcie zastosowane zostaną także działania uzupełniające w celu zapewnienia kompleksowego wsparcia w postaci sfinansowania kosztów dojazdu. Osiągnięte zostaną m. in. wskaźniki rezultatu : 1. Liczba osób pracujących po opuszczeniu programu-83 ( 43K,40M), 2. Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu 24 ( 4K 20M) oraz wskaźniki produktu. (Polish)

The project aims at social inclusion and professional activation of 156 people (80K, 76M) excluded and at risk of social exclusion in the Mław district, with particular emphasis on people with disabilities and preventing social exclusion and poverty by comprehensively adapting the individual needs of the project in the field of social inclusion and occupational activation in the period 31.08.18-30.08.20. The target group of the project consists of a total of 156 persons (80K, 76M) qualified for the third aid profile, in accordance with the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions or distant from the labour market, experiencing in addition to unemployment exclusion on the basis of other grounds excluding and falling within the definition of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the Mazowieckie region, with particular attention to persons with disabilities registered in the PUP in Mława. The individual needs and potentials of project participants will be diagnosed in order to prepare and implement support based on the path of reintegration. The first action is the implementation of active inclusion instruments of a social nature – guidance to enable the return to social life, including the return to the labour market and activation of the labour market. Active inclusion instruments of an educational nature, i.e. vocational and vocational training, i.e. traineeships, subsidised employment, vocational guidance and intermediation will be implemented. The project will also use complementary measures to provide comprehensive support in the form of travel costs financing. Results indicators will be achieved, among others: 1. Number of people working after leaving program-83 (43K,40M), 2. Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have been qualified after leaving the 24 programme (4K 20M) and output indicators. (English)
