Projekt pt. „Stop wykluczeniu!” realizowany w okresie 01.05.2017r.-31.12.2018r. skierowany będzie do 20 osób (w tym 10K,10M), powyżej 18 roku życia, niepracujących, którzy zamiesz.(w myśl kod. cywiln.)na obszarze M. Ostrołęki lub pow. ostrołęck. woj. mazow., zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wyklucz.społ.,tj.os.korzystające ze świadczeń z pomocy społ. zg.z ustawą z 12.03.2004r.o pomocy społ.lub kwalifikujących się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej ,tj.spełniające min.1 z przesłanek określ.w art.7 ustawy z 12.03.2004r.o pomocy społ. W okresie real. proj., uczestnicy będą korzystali ze wsparcia, zgodnie z opracow. dla nich, na podstawie diagnozy, ścieżką reintegr. Ukończenie ww. ścieżki zmniejszy ryzyko wyklucz. społecz. Uczestników i ich rodzin w wyniku nabycia kompet. i kwalifikacji umożliwiaj. efektywne wejście na rynek pracy oraz nabycia wiedzy zapobieg. generowaniu kolejnych pokoleń potrzebujących pom. społecznej. Celem głównym proj. jest aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa, wzrost kompetencji społecznych oraz zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia, w okresie 01.05.2018 r. – 31.12.2018r., 20 osób (10K,10M) niepracujących zam. powiat ostrołęcki lub M. Ostrołęka, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecz. Cele szczegółowe: 1) podniesienie umiejętności społecznych u 20 UP (10K, 10M) poprzez ukończenie warsztatów kompetencji społecznych, w okresie real. proj., 2) nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez 60% z 20 UP (10K, 10M) poprzez ukończenie kursu zawodowego oraz zdanie zewnętrznego egzaminu końcowego w okresie real. proj., 3) nabycie doświadczenia zawodowego przez 20 UP (10K, 10M) poprzez ukończenie 3-miesięcznych staży zawodowych w okresie real. proj., 4) zwiększenie samodzielności, zaradności i poczucia własnej wartości mierzonych jako efektywność społeczna u co najmniej 35% UP w ciągu 3 miesięcy od zakończenia udziału w proj (tj. do końca III.2019r.) 5) uzyskanie zatrudnienie przez min. 24% UP w ciągu 3 miesięcy od zakończenia udziału w proj (tj. do końca III.201 (Polish)
