The aim of this project is to increase the competitiveness of Tomasz Tuiliki P.H.U Omega. The project concerns the purchase of promotional advisory services from an accredited Business Environment Institution. They will cover the scope of specialised product innovation testing in terms of, inter alia, its functions, comfort, accessibility, quality, activities in different environments or security. As a result, the applicant will be able, inter alia, to ensure the credibility of the new product on the market, as well as to meet the needs of its end-users. The intended product to be implemented has a high potential for achieving market success. It is therefore very important that they have been operational once they have been made public, without showing any errors. The transition from an innovative approach to specialised testing in this project will allow the identification of significant shortcomings, which will undoubtedly help to avoid high costs of improving them in later life phases of the product. By implementing the project, Omega will be able to implement the product at a later stage. The target audience is thus the final customers, i.e. those of the firm who will use the apps (divers and other water sports). The scope of development of advisory services shall include the following elements: testing the functioning of innovative solutions, crowd-sourcing testing, testing of innovative security solutions. The project shall also take into account the expenditure related to its promotion. The use of promotional advisory services of business environment institutions’ experts will allow the company, inter alia, to implement product innovation, acquire new customers and market outlets, increase revenues and develop and increase its competitiveness.     Celem przedmiotowego projektu jest rozwój oraz zwiększenie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa Tomasz Tulicki P.H.U Omega. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup prorozwojowych usług doradczych od akredytowanej Instytucji Otoczenia Biznesu. Będą one obejmowały zakres specjalistycznego testowania innowacji produktowej pod kątem m.in. jej funkcji, wygody, dostępności, jakości, działania w różnych środowiskach czy bezpieczeństwa. Dzięki nim Wnioskodawca będzie mógł m.in. zapewnić wiarygodność nowego na rynku produktu, a także zaspokoić potrzeby jego użytkowników końcowych. Produkt planowany do wdrożenia ma duży potencjał osiągnięcia sukcesu rynkowego. Dlatego też bardzo istotne jest aby od chwili upublicznienia działał już perfekcyjnie, nie wykazując żadnych błędów. Przejście innowacyjnego rozwiązania przez specjalistyczne testy w niniejszym projekcie pozwoli na wykrycie istotnych niedociągnięć, co niewątpliwe przyczyni się do uniknięcia wysokich kosztów ich poprawy w późniejszych fazach życia produktu. Omega Diving dzięki realizacji projektu będzie mogła wdrożyć w późniejszym etapie innowację produktową. Grupą docelową są więc odbiorcy końcowi tj. klienci firmy, którzy będą korzystali z aplikacji (osoby zainteresowane nurkowaniem oraz innymi sportami wodnymi). Zakres prorozwojowych usług doradczych zawiera następujące elementy: testowanie funkcjonowania innowacyjnego rozwiązania, testy w tłumie (crowdsourced testing), testowanie innowacyjnego rozwiązania pod kątem bezpieczeństwa. Projekt uwzględnia również wydatki związane z jego promocją. Skorzystanie z prorozwojowych usług doradczych ekspertów IOB pozwoli przedsiębiorstwu m.in. wdrożyć innowacje produktową, zdobyć nowych klientów i rynki zbytu, zwiększyć przychody, a także rozwinąć się i zwiększyć konkurencyjność.
