The project meets the needs of training in strategic industries for Mazovia in accordance with the Regional Innovation Strategy-white economy-health-medicine and green gosp.-efficiency of raw materials and energy. 45K training is planned as part of the qualification course in geriatric nursing – according to the programme Min.Health and 60M in the field of vocational course Photovoltaic systems – according to the Min.Economy programme. Both courses will be completed by external examinations conducted by accredited institutions-Centrum for Postgraduate Education in Nurses and Midwives (CKPPiP) and the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). The project indicator will be the number of people who have received qualifications in non-school forms; which have participated in lifelong learning in the project; which have raised the level of knowledge and skills in the white and green economy. ZAKŁAD DOSKONALENIA ZAWODOWEGO W PŁOCKU

Projekt polega na wsparciu 105 osób w wieku dorosłym-od 18r.ż.(w tym 45K i 60M), które zgłaszają z własnej inicjatywy chęć kształcenia formalnego, podnoszenia, uzupełniania kwalif. lub ich formalnego potwierdzania. Grupę stanowić będzie 45os.zrzeszonych w OIPiP oraz 60os.pracujących w sektorze OZE bądź niepracujących-chcących uzyskać kwalifikacje w obszarze białej/zielonej gosp. Wsparcie w projekcie ma na celu podniesienie poziomu umiejętności, kwalifikacji i wiedzy, a także zwiększenie szans na utrzymanie zatrudnienia/zmniejszenie ryzyka utraty zatrudnienia wskutek dezaktualizacji kwalifikacji i niedostosowania ich do potrzeb rynku pracy-mieszkańców subregionu płockiego(powiat płocki wraz z m.Płock,gostyniński,sierpecki). Projekt odpowiada na potrzeby kształcenia w branżach strategicznych dla Mazowsza zgodnie z Regionalną Strategią Innowacji-biała gospodarka-sektor zdrowia-medycyna i zielona gosp.-efektywność surowcowa i energetyczna. Zaplanowano przeszkolenie 45K w ramach kursu kwalifikacyjnego w dziedzinie pielęgniarstwa geriatrycznego-zgodnie z programem Min.Zdrowia oraz 60M w zakresie kursu zawodowego Systemy fotowoltaiczne-zgodnie z programem Min.Gospodarki. Oba kursy zakończą się egzaminami zewn.przeprowadzonymi przez akredytowane instytucje–Centrum Kształcenia Podyplomowego Pielęgniarek i Położnych(CKPPiP)oraz Urząd Dozoru Technicznego(UDT). Wskaźnikiem projektu będzie liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje w formach pozaszkolnych; które uczestniczyły w kształceniu ustawicznym w projekcie; które podniosły poziom wiedzy i umiejętności w zakresie białej i zielonej gospodarki. Projekt jest zgodny z zasadą równości szans KiM, zas. niedyskryminacji oraz zrównow. rozwoju (zg.z zas.horyz.UE)i ukierunkowany jest na wsparcie os. starszych oraz ochronę środowiska. (Polish)
